What’s your signature dish?
I am comfortable in all areas of a kitchen, however I excel cooking meats, vegetable and presenting goergeous, edible hors d'ouvers.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I work with each Client to help visualize and break down their event and help understand what is needed to host a fun event. Being in the catering industry for thirty years has given me many resources to help with planning. Such as Florist, ice delivery, rental companies and so on. Figuring out what type of food/party with the client helps with menu planning.
What do you love most about your job?
Being visually Creative. Knowing that my hard work paid off!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to work my own hours and being able to put my creative mind to work.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I'm really fun to be around. And extremely good at what I do.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear a mask indoors, I wash my hands a lot. I use gloves in the kitchen and I have both vaccination shots and a booster.
