I just got off the phone with HD and I'm extremely upset. First I cant believe a multi-million dollar company is only utilizing one vendor for Houston. Houston is big and HD is using only one vendor (sounds… Lagi like a monopoly to me) that's ridiculous. Anyway this company according to HD stated they contacted me but I have yet to receive a call in regards to the installation of a new fence. When I asked what time and date HD couldn't tell me when this occurred. I have left a msg and my bf has left several msgs asking for them to return our call so we can get a new fence installed, no return call yet. I told HD they really need to look at the reviews of their contractors because this company is horrible. No one has contacted us abt our fence and its been a month. How do you explain that. More...
