We provide personal training. Fitness plans and/or meal plans. We also do Facetime and Skype training for those who are not near me if you decide you wanted to go that route. I specialize in weight loss, muscle gain, endurance training, and overall body definition.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
It is more important than the actual workout. For example you can workout all you want to and whatnot but if your diet doesnt line up with your fitness goal then you will not see the results you want.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Bu providing them with a fitness plan and/or training that is tailored to their specific needs and health problems. And more importantly a meal plan. The combination of these services will give my clients the results they are looking for.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Eating the correct foods and staying active as well.

I get to help people become more healthy and live longer more exciting lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always known i wanted to be a personal trainer with my own business since i was a senior in high school. Sports and fitness has always been my passion.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because i am certified. Alot of trainers are not. And that includes being certified to train and give advice to people with health problems. I am also certified in CPR/AED. And i am still in school to further my knowledge of the human body.
