Cypress creek pest control raises their price with out notifying their customers. They expect you to be ok Paying $33 increases without sending out any notifications. Ridiculous! When I called and asked why the increase it was because I did have a service Done and I constantly notify this Company I do not get a service in the winter months and this spring Because of the Coronavirus. I was told my account was suspended and now I am A new customer. Instead of valuing long time Customers they are just interested in up charging. When I asked for a refund I was told me shelly “we don’t do refunds” I wanted wanted the difference. You guys just lost 9 customers. I have advised my family To stop Business with you moving forward. They keep up with my appts and I don’t have to. They call and alert me when I have an appt. The technicians knows that I only spray the outside of my house and they do a great job. I don’t have indoor pests and spraying outside does what I need done. The new tech that came this month was here and gone so quickly that I didn’t get to see him.
