Custom Floor Care is officially the go to business for the floor care in my home. The price, the service, and the timely professional response make Custom Floor Care the only place I will use in the future. I was quoted a price over the phone expecting up sales like some of the other floor care providers I have used. This was not the case, they quoted price, a time, and the day they were available and adhered to everything. They use state of the art equipment inside a clean new van that didn't leave stains on my paver driveway. The staff was attentive to my needs, and respectful of my time by showing up at the agreed upon time. Staff was also extremely pleasant in demeanor and detail oriented in the service they were providing. They really worked their tail off getting this job done in a timely manner while not skipping any areas or hard to reach spaces. I was so disappointed with my previous carpet cleaning experience that this really was a breath of fresh air. So much so I decided to leave a review something I am not often moved to do. Im starting a new business and needed to have my tile floor cleaned. The floor was really bad and i thought it would have been better to redo thef entire floor. Â I called these guys to see what they could do. They came in and said that they could make it look brand new, and like the inside of a grocery store. I had gotten a previous quote and it was about half the price of these guys. These guys told me that they only do quality work, and that the price they gave me was as fair price for quality work. Â Obviously I chose them. They came in and did the job and sure as hell, my floors look brand new! And like the inside of a grocery store! If you are looking for hard working, personable, and efficient people to do your carpets, I recommend these guys!! From the moment we made our initial appointment, to the time they came to our door to do our carpets, to then doing the actual cleaning, I felt it was money well spent! Our carpets look amazingly clean!! Three dogs, five cats, and three teenage children can certainly do "damage" to aging carpets. This does not even include the "old pet stains" these amazing men tackled! My carpets look and smell fresh. I am truly happy and satisfied! Thank you again for awesome custom service! I chose this company over some others in the area because they were local. All of my bids were about the same price, so I’m glad I went with custom floor care! Bobby, the manager, did such an amazing job! We have dogs that shed and there was absolutely no dog smell afterwards. Professional and on time too. Our floors have never looked so good! I had an unexpected need arise and had to have my carpet cleaned on the same day.
