Sessions are 1 hour (sometimes more). Not 45 or 50 minutes. The fee of a session includes a personal follow up, calls, texts, emails during the week if cravings, temptation, or emergencies.
I do NOT keep e-records. I write down my notes and do not correspond with any doctors, institution or other therapists unless you ask me to in writing. Discretion is key.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I am in recovery. I was a well-known war reporter and White House correspondent. I chose to turn to helping others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am really excellent. My tools and methods are multiple. I have an intimate understanding of the disease. Very easy contact.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Of course. I use Zoom most likely but also Facetime, Messenger, etc. Using phone in cas of emergency is extremely efficient too even if old school.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
More virtual sessions. Used that time to study more neurosciences and be at the cutting edge in my field.
ADDICTION therapy and Emotional Codependency
We are NOT responsible for our disease and its consequences, but we are responsible for our recovery. Recovery is a choice.
I will not try to fool you: recovery, at first, is hard work. But it is much easier that our misery in the grip of our dependence.
You might have tried by yourself so many times to get sober/clean that you do not believe in yourself anymore.
When I reached my bottom, I asked for help. Do not wait. The disease of addiction is lethal and there is no easy death at the end of that bad trip.
