I saw Jeffrey for a few years. I found him to be highly compassionate, but also tough in the right time and manner. After a while he invited me to join his group therapy, which was a very profound experience for me and helped me grow. I would consider myself one of Jeffrey's success stories. Our time together helped me feel healthy and prepared to deal with the unexpected challenges life can throw at me. At this point I think I may check in a couple times a year, mostly because I want to share with him how wonderful of a life he helped me to create. More...

Q&As

I know it's an obvious answer, but I like helping people. I find my job very challenging but also very rewarding, and even after all these years I still find myself learning from my clients. Our relationships are vital to our happiness and health and I consider it an honor to work in this field.

After years of working in counseling centers and behavioral health hospitals, I decided I had developed the skills and gathered the experience to set out on my own.

I have extensive and advanced training in couple's therapy and work hard to quickly identify and target the fundamental problematic dynamics that can lead to relationship dissatisfaction.
