We sought Janet’s help with our puppy’s negative reaction to nail trimming and ear cleaning to avoid bigger issues down the road. Janet gave us techniques that allow us to complete these basic grooming necessities while making it fun for our dog and safe for us. Janet went above and beyond by providing helpful and relevant resources as well as teaching the puppy (and us) so much more than we expected. In addition to desensitizing the puppy to having his feet and ears touched, we learned lots of new tricks and basic manners. This included the always important not bolting when the door is opened and not pulling on the leash during walks. I hired coach Krasno to help us with our 1 year old puppy "Roadie". He was having some annoying behavioral issues. First we decided to address how he jumps up on friends and family when he greets them. In our first training session she had him focused on what he was supposed to be doing instead. I'm so impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She is also very kind in the way she works with Roadie. We all can't wait to see her again for his next session! I have really enjoyed working with Coach Janet Krasno and so has my Lola (5.5 year old boxer). I got Lola from a shelter and her leash manners were less than ideal and I found myself very frustrated and embarrassed on our walks when we would encounter other dogs! Janet has taught me as well as Lola how to have more enjoyable walks and how to handle ourselves when we walk by other dogs. With just a few sessionsI have seen a great improvement and we're continuing to make progress. She's amazing with dogs and she's a very sweet lady. I am receiving training advice for my litter mate pups from Coach Krasno - VIRTUALLY - and it has been effective beyond my expectations. I am a first time dog owner and Coach Krasno has helped me with resources and encouragement along the way. My pups get loads of compliments at the park and looks of disbelief when people find out how young they are. It really is amazing how puppies can be trained. I highly recommend Coach Krasno.
