Keelie is a fantastic trainer! Our 1 year old husky/shepherd/lab mix spent a week with her to learn some basic skills and came back a completely different dog. We had previously done obedience classes that utilized a pinch collar and I didn’t agree with that method — and unsurprisingly, we didn’t notice any improvements afterward either. A week with Keelie made a world of difference. This was our first time doing a board and train so we were worried about how our dog would react, but we immediately felt at ease once we met Keelie. She really takes the time to understand each dog and earn their trust. She also sends regular updates, pictures, and videos, which we looked forward to receiving. Our dog is now more confident, attentive, and less anxious — all thanks to Keelie! I highly recommend her and we will definitely return to her for any future training or boarding! More...

Keelie kept me in the loop on how Mira was performing and realistic about the expectations I should have with Mira. Keelie has been working with us and our pit bull puppy for the last few months. I have used more traditional dominance based methods in the past and I was skeptical! I knew I needed to have a dog that was trained well due to his size and strength and I didn’t know if that could be done with only positive reinforcement. I am such a believer now! Training is enjoyable because not only is he learning but I don’t feel bad or guilty after training like I did with the use of a prong collar! Bruno is just 5 months old but already has a good grasp on basic concepts! We also have boarded him overnight and sent him to Keelie for play dates!
