After researching cleaning companies, I knew for my own piece of mind, I wanted a company bonded and insured. The background checks were also a factor since you welcome essential strangers into your home when hiring a cleaning company. Upon reading wonderful reviews and credentials of Clean Tech, I reached out to Michelle to request an estimate for my home. After a home visit, I selected the initial clean with optional deep clean add-ons. Andrea found a Monday cleaning schedule that would work for us and we just came home to our immaculately clean house! We found a lovely note from Kelly, Sandy and Judy who performed the work. I can’t thank these ladies and this company enough for a job well done. We are extremely pleased and look forward to our next clean in two weeks. I didn't want to leave this review, as I was hoping Clean Tech would do what was right and rectify this issue but unfortunately not the case. Hired them before moving in to scour the bathrooms, kitchens(cabinets inside and out), floors and stairs. Walls I had done prior as I had just painted and blinds are being replaced, baseboards are being treated by me as well so all I asked was floors and stairs be done and bathrooms and kitchen be scoured- completely deep cleaned and move in ready. As she quoted me at 10-12 hours of labor at $336-$396, she went over by 2 hours (2 girls at 7 hours a piece) and totaled 14 hours at $470 so due to my dissatisfaction took off the additional hours, even though I never agreed to additional hours to begin with. The tech there said she went over, called to tell her boss to see if it was okay and her boss said "keep going". My floors were filthy, as she stated dust was "settling from scrubbing the walls top to bottom", even though they were not suppose to touch my freshly painted walls- waste of time I did not agree to pay for and potentially ruining my paint job. My bathroom sinks and toilets, as she admits to "could have been done better", were left disgusting, I don't believe they even touched them. She claims the one shower can't get clean, yet I got it off on the first attempt and you can see dirt dripping from it. Here is how she left my stairs, floors, toilets, sinks and the dirt left behind from as soon as they left. They had the audacity to charge me without offering a more significant discount or coming to do a better job on top of not coming to terms with an agreed upon price after saying she'd call me back Monday to discuss a rate, but leaving me this email instead. Also claiming my home was "too challenging", which is insane given it was bare, I can't fathom them being confident or capable cleaning a home in lived in conditions or messes when this home was just dusty and dirty from moving out from previous owners and only actual filth and grime was in bathroom and kitchen, which they didn't get around to cleaning anyway. I have additional photos if anyone cares to see from before, after and after I cleaned it. This review will be posted on all sites I can post with their name on it. When I initially met with Michelle, I explained that we purchased the house a few weeks earlier and the house was very dusty from the move. We went through each room and Michelle took notes to add to my work order for future use. The initial deep clean went very well. The followup clean 3 weeks later was a disaster. I don't know how long the ladies were at my house but I contacted Michelle when I got home for a lunch break around 1:30. Floors were not washed, furniture not dusted, glass not cleaned. I told her I was disappointed in the job they did and even sent her pictures. I never received a response. That was Tuesday. On the following Monday I sent Michelle an email asking to cancel my service. She said she never received my initial message or the pictures and would I resend. She also said that she sent a seasoned tech and a newer tech to clean my house and normally gets rave reviews for the job they've done in the past. I sent her 8 pictures (different rooms of the house so it wasn't just one room that was missed) and a description of each picture. Today is Thursday and I have not heard back. I guess I expected an explanation as to why they took my money but did not clean my house. Rather a poor response (or lack of a response) to a customer complaint! More...

I was so impressed and noticed they cleaned as soon as I walked in the door. My house smelled great, they were able to remove stains in my sinks that I couldn't.
