Citrus Plus Carpet, Upholstery and Tile Cleaning

Citrus Plus did carpet cleaning in our townhouse this week. We liked everything starting scheduling the service, answering all our questions to cleaning itself. The results are amazing. I've never seen our carpet so clean. Our stairs were super dirty after a couple of years without properly cleaning. Now they look like new and our baby enjoying climbing them. For us it's very important that solutions they use are non-toxic = baby friendly. And I felt comfortable to left home and go for a walk during the cleaning. This is exactly what we were looking for. I contacted Citrus Plus when the usual company I use never responded to my voicemail after 2 days. Within less than an hour of sending a service request Albert had contacted me with a quote and I booked for the next day. I got 2 follow up emails the day prior and the day of got a courtesy text that they were on the way and it even had a link to a map to track how far he was. He was very polite and professional and did an AMAZING job. He was very thorough. Our carpets are one consistent color again and smell so fresh and clean. Very impressed!  I've been a Realtor for more than 40 years and referred a lot of companies for carpet cleaning. My dog has developed an allergy. I decided to try Citrus Plus to see if that might alleviate his allergic reaction. It's too soon to tell if it's going to help him, but I am so impressed with Alberto and the work he did here on my house. I'm really pleased that these are all natural ingredients, and it did a wonderful job cleaning dirt and picking up soap residue that was left by my previous cleaners. I've already booked Alberto for a client's home I'll be selling in January and tile in my entry. (His spot cleaning on my tile and grout was amazing). He's very thorough and a great guy to work with. I called Craig and team as a result to all the great reviews here and am happy to report a 5 star experience. Things I loved 1. Craig was on the phone with me early on Sunday morning and walked me through their philosophy (working with the good bacteria vs. attempting to take them all out). Adalberto and Israel were awesome. First, got here early afret notifying me and gave me a warm greeting. Second, decreased my original quote after measuring my apartment. Israel helped with some furniture moving since they were early while Adalberto got to work on the carpet right away. They both checked the high traffic areas, explained that the old stains will lighten up which I knew from the start since they were caused by the previous tenant. We had our carpets cleaned yesterday, and the whole process from beginning to end was seamless! I found Citrus Plus via Yelp so it feels like the right thing to do to add my praises here for others', too! I emailed for a quote, and received a call the next day (even though it was a holiday weekend!) to go over some details, and schedule an appointment (they had appointments within a couple days!). We made our appointment and Adalberto arrived right on time. He was friendly and so efficient. I got my Day care Carpet cleaned for the first time with Citrus Plus. My carpet gets super messy, smelly and stained all over because we work on it all day every day. I was impressed how my carpet now is clean, bright and smells beautiful. I also feel very happy to know that the product used is eco-friendly and has probiotics in it which helps kill the viruses and yucky germs even after several days of the actual clean service.The person who helped us is really friendly and professional.Thanks a lot for the great service and I look forward to keep working with Citrus Plus! 5 stars all the way! Very professional and got the job done right.  Carpets needed cleaning and I contacted a different company initially yesterday.  As soon as I opened the door, he said no. That he couldn't do it. And he left. What a way to start an interaction.......I contacted Citrus-Plus immediately and they offered to come out immediately. All the was to San Jose! Unfortunately, the first interaction was overwhelming and I was about to put all my furniture back!! I opted to wait and have them come out today. Imagine having a glass of cabernet spilled all over a living room chair on Christmas day!  Horrors!  We weren't sure who to call to help but our neighbors have raved for years about Citrus Cleaning, so early on the 26th I e-mailed Citrus Cleaning with a description of our situation.  Before 9:00 am I received a call from the office scheduling an appointment that afternoon.  About 11 I received a call from Alex letting me know he was running early and wanting to know if he could come sooner.  He arrived and proceeded to reassure us that his process and product would be effective.  He did not over-promise!  The chair looks perfect.  We could not be more impressed with the experience with the staff and the effectiveness of their product.  Highly recommended. I love Citrus plus, even my neighbor said they are doing a great job, my house had very strong pets smell mostly from urine embedded in the wood, when Citrus plus is done, I can smell nothing but gentle smell of the cleaner from the wood, I've asked beforehand if they are able to remove urine odor from hardwood floor, most people say they can't give a 100% guarantee, nor did Citrus plus, but from the result I've seen, they've done so much more than I expected. I had garage floor cleaned also, with high pressure water I believe, super clean, wow on that too!They will confirm with your appointment, if they can't make it on time, they will call to let you know, very good communication.Overall, their service exceeds my expectation, very professional and friendly staff, the service deserve the money. I am so pleased with the service from Vadym at Citrus Plus.  He showed up on time and did a thorough job of cleaning the carpets in two rooms.  The price was fair for the work and I have to say, although I liked the previous company I used (it appears they went out of business), I like Citrus Plus better.  The carpet was lighter and brighter and was dry in two hours.  He also left me a bottle of diluted citrus cleaner to do spot treatments on my carpet or upholstery, as needed.  I'll definitely use them next year.  Also, I called Craig asking if there was any way they could clean the carpets the following morning and he accommodated me.  Super friendly! Just got the service done by Citrus Plus and I couldn't be more than happy about it. The carpet in my apt had a few blood stains and I called for multiple carpet cleaning service. Citrus Plus was very responsive and was able to sent the technician on the same day. Vadym, the technician arrived on time and was very friendly, initially he said he cannot promised me that the stains will be able to removed depends on how long the stains were there. I needed to get it cleaned and he said he will do his best to get rid of it. The process took about 2 hrs and the results were amazing! The carpet looked like brand new again and all the stains were gone. Very happy about the results and like how they use natural ingredients. Will use their service again. More...

Last week I contacted Citrus Plus to schedule a upholstery cleaning.  I had seen good reviews for them on Yelp.  I was disappointment when the  president,  Craig Radley, replied back that they did not service South San Francisco at this time.  I thank him for the quick response and told him I hope that sometime in the future they would be large enough to expand their area.  I told him I was going to try cleaning the sofa myself.   He was so helpful .  He got back to me with a list of things to do when cleaning it yourself.  I was amazed that he would take the time to do so, when I didn't even use his service.  Mr Radley has showed me what an ethical and caring business owner he is.    In my opinion, he is someone anyone would love to do business with and I wish him much luck More...

Craig and David are fantastic in their work ; carpet cleaning and tile/caulking cleaning. They notify you of their arrival time. A few things that distinguish them from other carpet cleaners I have engaged in the past, is they placed wall guards, put cloths on the floor to ensure they do not dirty any areas, wear shoe guards and performed a thorough job. They take pride in their work. Craig was guiding David throughout the process. David is a good listener and do what Craig told him. Awesome pair (given their age gap) ! There is a certain area on the carpet that tends to be more dirty than other areas. In the past, other carpet cleaners told me the dirt stains cannot be totally removed. But today, they actually were able to clean them. Craig told me this area has so much accumulated soap causing it to trap dirt more easily. He advised not to use soap eg oxy carpet cleaner. In addition, I engaged them to clean my bathroom as well. They removed old caulk and recaulk. They also clean/scrub the tiles. I am very happy and they will be the one I call when I need cleaning. Fantastic work! Carpet and sofas.Our cat stained the carpet under the study desk.Citrus Plus did a thorough cleaning and the smell was gone. Craig and his staff are the best carpet cleaning company period. Before I met Craig, my carpet had a few black spots that other carpet cleaning companies were never able to removed. Craig explained me how his treatment works as opposed to the traditional carpet cleaning service. He removed the spots within the first visit and those spots never came back. I love these folks! Craig is wonderful, though he has never cleaned my carpet.  I always have the gentleman Vadeen (spelling). Vadeen is a GOD!! So meticulous, thorough and sweet spirited. They have my business for as long as I am in the area.  Yes the price is a bit high, but carpet is a bit gross, so having someone clean it efficiently is of the utmost importance. I absolutely recommend Citrus Plus.Prior to booking an appointment, I spoke with Craig, the president of the company, via email. I was able to send him an exact floor plan of our home with measurements and receive an exact quote as a result. Most of our communication has only been through email, but I could tell that Craig was a very friendly person.The gentleman who came to our home, his name is Nicholas, actually showed up a little bit earlier than our scheduled time, and that was no problem at all. After a brief walk through, he got right to work. The overall time it took for him to finish was about an hour, maybe an hour and 30 minutes.
