I am so grateful that Chris does what he does! I needed to reach out to someone that I could relate to and not feel judged by to get help with my drinking.
I had tried going to AA meetings in years past but it didn't work for me. I felt ashamed and unable to relate. It felt like an out of body experience. I don't identify as an "alchoholic" and yet I knew I had a problem with my drinking.
Working with Chris felt normal, I didn't feel like a loser or a failure, I just felt like "me". I appreciated how the entire focus of coaching wasn't just on not drinking, but rather with filling my life up with everything else that matters to me so that alcohol became an afterthought.

What do you love most about your job?
I love watching people transform their lives. Watching people go from where they are (possibly feeling hopeless, stuck, fearful) to where they want to go (thriving, alcohol-free, confident, etc.) It is truly my passion to help people make positive lifelong changes for themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Before becoming a life coach, I spent over 20 years in the radio business as an on-air personality. I’ve worked in Minneapolis and Miami entertaining hundreds of thousands of people and meeting celebrities from Taylor Swift, Dolly Parton, Garth Brooks, Hulk Hogan, Will Smith, and others. While I loved that career, it wasn’t fulfilling for me. I knew I wanted to help people and give back. This is why I am now working with people to change their relationship with alcohol because what was once my weakness, is now my strength.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe people don't have to hit "rock bottom" before wanting to make a change. My approach is different from other options such as rehab or AA. My goal is to help you develop a better relationship with alcohol so it no longer runs your life. Instead, you regain control of your life by discovering the nature of the problem and following an effective, proven method to overcome it. In my experience having someone to hold you accountable makes you much more likely to succeed than going at it alone.
