The soups here have really gone downhill. They must be making large quantities at a commissary somewhere, because the soup tastes like it was made for an institution, like a school or a hospital. The chili tastes very tinny, i.e., you can taste the cans that the ingredients are stored in. The soup simply doesn't taste as though fresh ingredients are used anymore. It's disappointing to see a local stalwart like Souper Jenny lose its roots. More...

Healthy fast casual that's right by the belt line! We came here twice while visiting because it was delicious & fresh, the staff was friendly and they were knowledgeable about my fiancé's gluten allergy.

Wonderful lunch spot! Souper Jenny is located inside the History Center on West Paces Ferry. It's a delightful spot with all the windows around the eating space to have a lot of natural light streaming in-- great location to meet up with friends in the Buckhead area. They have a $16 lunch combo where you can choose two of their $8 items (either soup, salad, or sandwich) and it comes with a cookie (chocolate chip or another flavor they have), plus a drink! I ordered a turkey sandwich with their chicken soup. The soup also came with a roll.The soup was so delicious and served at a nice warm temperature. My sandwich was also warmed and tasted with a sweet tinge since there was sliced apple in there. Finished off with my chocolate chip cookie (standardly delicious!) and sweet tea.The employees behind the counter were very nice and efficient in taking everyone's orders. Would come again! More...

The menu changes daily, but you can pretty much guarantee there will be something delicious that will strike your fancy. They have rotating selections of their salads and two focaccia sandwiches. Everything is bright and fresh, and the servings are pretty generous. I'll often get 3 things to go and then have a lunch and some extra left over for a side for dinner. MetroFresh offers a smaller menu but is still able to offer enough choice for every palate. If you're in a hurry there are quite a few pre-made options to choose from so you can simply grab and go. If you've got a bit more time, the hot menu has plenty of amazing things to try. I personally loved the grits bowl - the grits had a very creamy consistency and the added pico gives a nice punch of flavor. The breakfast burrito is also a very solid choice. They have a full bar and large covered patio making this a great place for a weekend brunch. Ample free parking is available in the attached lot, but there's also a entry from the Beltline making walking or biking a breeze. More...

I just have to give a shout out to Mitch and the MF team! Healthy eating, great choices, nice seasonal variety and delicious flavors! And that turkey chili really is the best in town. It's better than mine, and I don't say that very often. We're regulars, and so thankful to have them in the neighborhood. Their dinners to-go have been a life saver this year. We're big fans!! I am so disappointed in the customer service at this restaurant. I love the food and have been a loyal customer for years but I sent an email to management twice regarding their soup container lids. They were not secured twice causing two of three containers spilling, staining my car flooring and I ended up with 1/8 of the amount of soup in both containers! This happened twice - both times it was the broth that was the issue. Fast forward, I went in today and mentioned it to someone whom I guess was management and his response "yes, we've had problems with the lids fitting properly." He didn't apologize, offer a gift card, just nothing! Keep in mind this is about $25 worth of broth that was spilled! Â Metro Fresh, please do better by your customers. So disappointed More...
