This was a fantastic all-around experience. Where to start? My refrigerator was on tilt, cold freezer/warm fridge, icing up over and over. I called about 830am on a Sunday morning of July 4 weekend. I immediately got a live person on the phone who asked me a few questions and told me that a technician would be there around 10 and explained the service fee. At 9:50 a guy showed up (Noor), I gave him the situation, he broke down the freezer quickly and tested things, and told me what he thought the issue was (bad part - control panel). He told me where to get the part locally and another common name for the part that would work across several brands. Using that info I ended up getting lucky with Amazon same day. He explained that it would be an easy replacement, that I would need to put in a code to get the panel to work with my fridge. For the timing, the speed of response, the understanding of the problem, the willingness to help me complete the fix, and the overall low cost same day solution, I'll definitely return to these folks. What a pleasant surprise to find a great repair service with great service professionals. We were having trouble with our frig staying cold and the service technician by the name of Asif was able to come to the house within and hour and a half from my call and had the problem figured out and fixed to my satisfaction. I called CARI around my lunch time for a same-day appointment and I got 2-4 pm window so I left the office and headed home. I dont live too far from my work.I had an issue with my Kitchen-Aid Refrigerator not cooling properly.A tech showed up his name was Nor (not sure about spelling?) at 2 pm on the money, took about an hour start to finish from diagnosis to repair. the tech was great. He knew what the problem was before he even came in. My fridge was leaking water and started to mess up my floor. He walked in and went right to the source of the problem.
