Event planning is typically done in-person. That said, I have frequently assisted clients at a distance. In these circumstances, we've worked together to create a vision, I've executed on procurement of all the materials needed, and I send detailed designs for event set-up that the client will do themselves. In these situations, I charge a flat fee for my services and the clients pay for all goods and materials needed directly.
