What’s your signature dish?
Without a doubt Mexican cuisine is my forte, Mole, Enchiladas, Chiles rellenos are signature dishes.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
First I listen to your necessities, your vision for the event you are planning, your likes and dislikes, allergies and then I create a sample menu completely personalized to meet your expectations. You approve the menu and then you don't have to worry, your guests will love you.
What do you love most about your job?
The fact that we can create an unforgettable experience for you bring us happiness, cooking is what we love and do best and feeding you and your guests with delicious food excites us.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked from pizzerias to 3 Michelin starred restaurants one day dinning out I just realized that I wanted to offer high end plant-based food with personalized service and create memorable experiences, plus the pandemic helped a lot when me and the majority of the cooks were fired.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Me and my team have adopted all the safety measures when handling food according to the department of health.
We sanitize all the surfaces, ourselves, and wear mask and gloves when preparing the food.
Our hygiene standards are very high, we take cleanliness and organization very seriously.
