Don't usually do stuff like this, but Brandon was incredibly helpful. I needed a somewhat luxurious event catered on very short notice (I hired someone else who cancelled last minute) Brandon got to work right away, and provided a service above and beyond what I ever expected.
I will be using his services from now on for all of my catering needs.

What’s your signature dish?
Lasagna - I love the simplicity of creating Italian cuisine. I feel like it's the one world of culinary that the number of ingredients don't matter. It's the simplicity and freshness that matters. Fresh Herbs, Tomato, Flour, and Water - you have yourself a number of dishes. Anything else is just frosting on the cake.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I really like to get to know the clients flavor profile. Their likes and dislikes. Keeping things simple and not overwhelming is the key to a successful menu
What do you love most about your job?
The joy I bring people when they love my food. There isn't enough money on this planet that could replace the feeling I get when someone truly enjoys something you made for them. Love is an ingredient.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I knew from a young age I wanted to be an entrepreneur. I dabbled in a few fields before I settled on culinary. But during all that time I always knew I wanted my own restaurant. Being a Caterer and Personal Chef is just the next step to that journey. A step that builds the bridge I need to get to that level.
Why should our clients choose you?
I think it's important to do the research you need to do based on what your expectations are. If you need a quick bite to eat for a lunch gathering where substance is more important than quality I might not be your guy.
Bottom line is I will most likely not be the cheapest. I will however be the best overall value. Between service and quality, you cannot lose.
