What do you love most about your job?
Working with business owners to solve problems and lend support. It can be lonely at the top, we exist to provide practical advice and hands-on support to propel your business forward. We get it and get the job done.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My business owner clients. I was working at a firm that provided emerging and middle-market business owners with a one-stop shop suite of services. My role was in the trenches with business owners, and also evolved into being that strategic advisor. A few clients said to me, "You should start your own firm. I don't want to deal with the business consultant, the CFO consultant, the strategy guy, the sales and marketing consultant, etc. I want to deal with one person that gets me and gets my business, that I trust, and has the skills in all areas that we need. That person is you!"
So I heeded that great advice from those founders and entrepreneurs and pay it back every day!
