My next door neighbor used them to powerwash and paint her house. She was very satisfied with their work so I thought I'd try them as well. Charles was very polite and accommodating. His response time to my emails and messages were quite prompt. Juan spent the day powerwashing everything in my yard, house and shed and was very carefull and meticulous with moving my deck furniture. I've had two great experiences with Charles Graves Painting Company now. They just completed a full exterior project for us which included siding, brick, a patio, and a lot of little layers. They did a wonderful job, were very respectful and responsive in all respects. Same thing when they did several interior rooms for us a few months ago. I appreciate that the project manager comes back to look for touch ups and the warranty. If there was a medal to be given for customer service this company deserves it. From initial contact, to estimate to the painters doing the work, everyone went out of their way to make us happy!
The two painters showed up on time and they were so accommodating when we couldn’t decide between the samples they had brought.
They went back and brought more samples and continuously smiled and made us feel good and not guilty about not being able to decide. The job was done on time and right the first time. We are extremely happy and highly recommend Charles graves painting LLC!

I wanted the walls painted grey but wanted to be sure that the grey would compliment the centerpiece of the porch, a blue wall accent piece, their designer made it perfect. What I really appreciated as well was their attention to following up when I found some areas in a stairwell that had been missed, mostly because of lighting. We found Charles Graves Painting on Yelp and hired them to do our bath remodel and paint our entire top level. Their head worker for the bathrooms, Wilson, was very professional and talented. For the painting, they also did a beautiful job. The painters asked me to confirm the colors the morning of, which was a little of an inconvenience but I understand they just wanted to make sure they didn’t make any mistakes. They were very careful with all of our expensive furniture and covered everything very well, and the painters and bathroom remodelers worked together cohesively and amicably. My experience with Charles was top notch. Throughout the entire process they were responsive and professional. Scheduling of my job could have been a nightmare with my being out of the country, working with a tenant who was vacating, the condo association and CoVid 19 causing a delay in the unit being vacant.
