Our move out cleaning service is a detailed service that is necessary when you vacate a house or an apartment. My team would perform a list of tasks to make sure your house is ready for the new tenant.

-Access to the home must be available. access instructions, code, etc, must be provided or arrangements for someone to be available to open the home must be made prior to booking.
-Outdoor areas (Garage, Patio, Porch) not included but can be added by request.
-Trash Removal Available for an additional $75.
-Furniture must be removed, if you need furniture removal, let us know and we can provide an additional quote.
-Water and Electric must be turned on for the cleaning, if not, you will incur a $95 trip fee with no cleaning being accomplished.
-Carpet Shampooing is not included. We can provide a quote to add this upon request.
-All personal items must be removed, anything remaining will be thrown away. If you must leave some items for pickup later, let us, consolidate into one location and let us know or all items will be removed.
Additional services will add to the total time required and increase the amount charged.
Short Term Rental Cleaning
This service is for units that are rented as an Airbnb, we do the cleaning, laundry, and inventory control.
Our Services include the following:

Dishwasher – wipe outside - put dishes away
Sink, counter tops, tables (clean, sanitize)

Drawers– wipe outside and check inside, remove clutter and organize.
Floor (sweep, mop, sanitize)
Dust surfaces
Living Rooms, Family Rooms, Bedrooms:

Other: Vents, ceiling fans, baseboards, blinds (Progressively)

Our Service Includes and requires the following:

-Automatic reservations ( calendar syncing )
-Inventory control
- 3 set of linen (Recommended)
- Storage unit assigned to the cleaners ( Recommended )
- Cleaning supervisions
- Usage of Home Owners software for quality checks
- Pictures after each cleaning ( Per request)
We are open 7 days a weeks and we only take Mother's day, Christmas Day and New Years day off
