Long week of business travel and very long work days. Had dinner here on my last trip and had to come back. Truly a culinary experience! Owner and founder, Elise Wiggins is an award winning Denver Chef and was here both visits. HIGHLY recommend to all foodies!

Charbroiled Oysters
Bagna Cauda (had to google that one)
Lamb Ragu, gluten free (although the homemade pasta looks AMAZING)
Chocolate Torte to-go (Gluten free)

One of my favorites here in Denver. Creative menu and grilled selections are superb. Friendly staff and accommodating and comfortable seating for those in wheelchairs. The chef is inspired and makes mouth watering dishes. The grilled lamb flatbread and short ribs are two of top menu items. Definitely a must. More...

I love all my dishes. This is the number one question I get. They way I answer it is by asking the client....what are you in the mood for and I can steer you in the right direction. We have won numerous awards for our food so you can't go wrong.

I ask a lot of questions. What is it that the client is salivating for? Do you have any dietary restrictions. We are proficient in Gluten Free, Vegan, No Dairy etc. Once I have these questions answered then I create a menu to meets both budget and taste buds! My goal is to build future business with the guests you invite to your event. If they food and service isn't steller....I won't build my business.

I love to watch people take their first bites and roll their eyes back with joy and then utter those words..." Oh My God". These moments are my drug.

I say I came out of my mama's womb with a spatula in one hand and tongs in the other. I have always known I wanted to be a Chef! My first realization was when I was about 3 years old. My mama made chocolate chip cookies and fed each of the family members one right out of the oven. I remember looking at my sister and dad and their faces said exactly what I was thinking. Lord this is the most amazing thing I have ever eaten. I realized right then and there that if you cook good food then you can make a lot of people happy in a short amount of time.

I'm prompt. Detail oriented. My goal is to make memories for you and your guests through amazing food and service!

Legally I can't require my staff to get vaccinated but all of my staff are vaccinated at this time. We are happy to mask up when required.

Our awarding winning cooking is not limited to Italian. Chef Elise Wiggins offers diverse cuisines from Italian, American, Latin and Southern with Louisiana emphasis.

Chef Elise's has built an adorable Louisiana Southern Fried Chicken Food Trailer. She took a 1964 Shasta Camper, painter her yellow and converted her to be a show stopper in both food and looks!
