Cathy is just amazing. She always steps up, whether you’ve asked her for support or not—it’s like she just knows exactly when to jump in. I had a habit of “lone wolf-ing” and she always reminds me that support is all around me, but in particular that SHE is there by my side. She empowers me to STAND in my leadership and imagine what it would look like to first BE my most powerful self, then DO all the things, and then get to HAVE what I reach for—not the other way around. What do you love most about your job?
In no particular order some reasons I love my work include (but are not limited to):
The opportunity to support someone in finding their path to an unleashed life.
Getting to meet an incredibly diverse set of people and find how despite our differences we are so much the same and that there is true power in community and supporting each other.
Being witness to someone's transformation and seeing them seize a life they so richly deserve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As long as I can remember, I've been an entrepreneur - always forging out of the common path. I love working with others, being part of teams and leading and found that my sweet spot is creating the business where I'd want to work and offering the support that I always wanted.
Why should our clients choose you?
I could say a whole bunch of stuff about how amazing I am, insightful, focused. That I'm a superb communicator and have a keen knack for understanding people, meeting them where they are and seeing in them the potential they wish to reach. I could say that my blend of compassionate support and rigorous drive are a great combination for digging under the beliefs and obstacles that have held someone back and then driving through those obstacles to success. All those things are true. At the end of the day, though, what matters is our connection. This is why I offer a free 30 minute intro chat - to see if there's a match. So, you should choose me if you want all of the above AND after we connect we have a mutual agreement that we can crush it, together.

Sure can! After we've had our first connection chat we'll set up a schedule, you'll get a Zoom link and we'll be off to the races. In between our weekly chats there's ongoing connection via a number of different communication platforms (Voxer, WhatsApp, even just regular old text)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Doing things remotely certainly has made things easy and since my coaching work began in focused fashion during the COVID-19 pandemic, I've not actually done in person coaching. At such time as that comes to pass, distancing, masks and COVID testing may be implemented as needed (depending on how things are going).
