Carpet Spectrum

I went to Carpet Spectrum on Saturday morning to get my 3rd estimate for 3 rooms of carpet. I walked in at 10:30 am and walked out at 10:45. The carpet was installed on Monday and finished at noon. The cost was about one half of my other estimates. What else can be said? Oh yes everyone I dealt with was nice and great at their job from sales to installation! Carpet Spectrum took up carpet and put L.V.T. (Luxury Vinyl Tile) downstairs a few years ago and we still love it. It is great for pets and children in the house.

I would highly recommend carpet spectrum. They installed carpet in my home that later was found to have a defect. They apologized, reviewed the situation and are going to replace it. I found out it's actually a family owned business and you can tell that by how well they treat their customers and the pride they take in their work. I have been using Carpet Spectrum for several years. I have continued with them because I like the service and the prices. Both have been consistent throughout the years. The prices are very good; there are never any hidden fees. Paying for the service and booking the appointments has always been easy. I have used several different crews and they have all been professional. They show up on time and do a thorough job. I had carpet put in two bedrooms and the rest of my house in vinyl flooring which I absolutely love. Carpet Spectrum provides amazing and thorough remediation for air vent cleaning, carpet cleaning and ozone machine rental to treat "sick house syndrome" (the leading driver in many asthma/allergies respiratory responses to dust and molds within a home). We, first, contacted Carpet Spectrum over a decade ago when my middle-schooler was suffering from allergic reactions to mold and mildew. The air vent cleaning/carpet steaming stopped her symptoms. When we moved to a much older building, problems returned and we contacted Carpet Spectrum, again; and they found filthy air vents which they cleaned and disinfected, steam-cleaned carpets, and, left an ozone machine to kill any hidden mold allergens. Following this, all done with allergjsts'/physicians' approval of Carpet Spectrum house treatments recommendations; my child's condition improved to where she never, again, needed nebulizer treatments. Simply, cleaning the indoor air quality stopped our suffering! So, it's been 10 years overdue, but, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jason's team at Carpet Spectrum for providing honest assessment, remedy and prevention for indoor health problems. I've got a grown-up with NO more respiratory problems as "living proof" that Carpet Spectrum intervention can help keep families healthy (and, no, she did not grow out of it, according to doctors; we overcame it due to treatment of indoor pollution--provided, in large part, by Carpet Spectrum). True story: The day our mist challenging rental was treated by Jason's team, my daughter re-entered our apartment, after school, and said, "Mother, I can breathe in here, again. I don't feel like I have asthma! What happened?" As added insurance, we bought and maintained HEPA air purifiers in main areas, but, are certain that initial treatment by Carpet Spectrum was "key" to turning around a bad situation.When we moved, again, Carpet Spectrum was called to treat air vents inside the new apartment before we shifted house: ensuring a "healthy house" vs a "sick house."
