Britney was so professional and absolutely amazing during my appointment which took a whopping five hours!! She consistently asked if I was OK or if I needed anything , if I was hungry or need water. I did end up ordering food because I was there so long and she made me feel so comfortable doing so. I’ve always been blonde but she transform me about a year ago to red, (I was in love) I made the decision to go back to blonde and I knew that this is going to be a very very long process. I wouldn’t trust anybody else doing my hair besides Britney. I can’t express how comfortable she made me feel, which I really appreciate it considering how long I was there for. I am so stunned by how good my hair looks! She is the ONLY person I let do anything to my hair and she never disappoints. She manages to accomplish what I envision only 10x better! Tried out Carl Michael for the first time after reading reviews and they hardly did them justice. I was amazed at the level of professionalism and cleanliness I encountered while there. I made an appointment to see C.J, to say that she did an amazing job on my hair is an understatement. I started with very grown out blonde and ended up with a beautiful deep red ombre. Every time I go into Carl Michael Salon it's a beyond superb experience. Kara Johnson is the only person I will ever let touch my hair for the rest of eternity. Athene from the Danvers location is my stylist and always does an amazing job! She really listens and gives an amazing consult to find out what your really want! She makes you feel so comfortable in her chair and you can tell she really loves what she does and takes pride in her work! I recently switched to Athene (I hate switching stylists only have 3 times in my life)......but I am so glad I did! I just wanted to post to say how many compliments I get whenever I leave Kathleen Simoes! Whether I tell her what I want, or just say "do whatever" - I leave happy and feeling great. And as a side note - her attention to detail cannot be rivaled. Whether it's on hair, eye brows, etc.. she really takes the time to make sure everything is even and perfect.
