What makes a great website?
A great website will rank high in searches, provide the user with information about what the business offers, and make it easy for users to get what they need.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I'm always very curious about the business and ask the big five: WHO is involved in the business, WHAT does the business offer, WHERE are the desired customers, WHEN is the deadline for the project, and HOW does the client want to proceed. Then we discuss the semantics and get the job done!
What do you love most about your job?
I love learning about different businesses and meeting new people in a variety of industries. I am very good at my job, whether I'm establishing a solid web presence or organizing administrative and bookkeeping tasks. I work quickly and I am incredibly accurate. I am a question asker, and love that my job requires that I ask questions.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in a school transportation office for 35 years, and I achieved great success. I wanted some new challenges and enjoy learning about and doing new things. I thrive on the energy always present in new endeavors and thought the challenge of starting a new business, creating something where there was nothing, would engage my mind and my skill set for the second half of my life. I'm so glad I did!

I prefer online/remote work, but also enjoy in-person meetings and tasks. I'm very adapable and need very little to do my job well.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work well remotely, and the work I do is not necessarily tied to in-person sessions. We can do everything with current technology.
Bookkeeping
I organize and update all your records. My favorite jobs include getting a system started and teaching my client how to independently manage their books well.
For those who are not interesting in managing their books independently, I offer monthly, quarterly, and annual bookkeeping services so your records are tax-report ready when you need them.
Web and Social Media Presence
I love creating new online presence for my clients and using the internet to grow businesses. I create and update websites, manage social media posts, and teach my clients to independently and efficiently manage website and social media.
For clients who wish to have ongoing support, I offer a variety of packages to maintain a solid web presence.
