Campbell Quality Construction was recommended to us by our relatives. We called them to do a complete remodel of our Kitchen/Living Room and our Master Bath. They were very accommodating, and were able to make recommendations based on their extensive experience. They did an amazing job, and within the estimated time period. Their prices are great and they do not nickel-and-dime you for small changes. Also, they make sure to accommodate most request same or next day. My wife found Semso via the Yelp reviews and we weren't disappointed in the least. Semso and his team remodeled the entire mid-section of our ranch house, knocking down one wall, opening up the area, and building out an island and installing a new kitchen, floor, lighting, and drain line. His guys were on-time, friendly, and helpful. They never left a mess and worked some long hours. The job was completed in six weeks, exactly as promised by the estimate. Semso and his team are simply amazing. We used his services last summer to remodel our 2.5 baths and the quality of work and service is just great, at very compatible price as well. I enjoyed dealing with Semso. He was able to give us a lot of good suggestions improving and sometimes fixing designs we have prepared. Several times when our orders got delayed or were plainly wrong he was able to save the day personally dealing with the problem and suggesting quick and reasonable alternative solution / place to buy missing materials. Last month we had the unfortunate experience of having to go through mold remediation in our guest bathroom. Once that process was completed, we needed to hire a general contractor to basically rebuild our bathroom. After several phone calls and estimates with various contractors (a frustrating process to say the least), we decided to hire Semso and his team. We felt super comfortable with him and his estimate was right in line with our budget.The work they performed was excellent! If you are fortunate enough to have Ruben work on your project, you will not be disappointed. Suffice it to say that Ruben rocks!! Overall, we were pleased with the way our bathroom turned out. Semso and Ruben even returned the day after project completion to readjust our vanity mirror and tighten down our new toilet bowl tank. Semso, Ruben and the rest of the team did a great job. Semso was pretty accessible via phone, email and text throughout the whole process. They were professional, punctual and cleaned up after themselves every day. When I requested a quote from Campbell Quality Construction through Yelp, Semso responded within 30 minutes. When he dropped by to discuss our project, we immediately sensed that he knew his stuff. He gave us great practical suggestions, especially where he helped us reduce our cost (and his price) and guided our choices while quickly picking up on our style preferences. Later that day, Semso emailed us his detailed estimate and we had a little sticker shock, being relatively inexperienced with construction projects, but further investigation showed his quote was well within the norm for the amount of work and materials involved. He showed flexibility on construction and materials and patiently readjusted his quote several times to fit our budget.Throughout the project and even after it was completed in about 10 days, Semso was quick to respond to our phone calls. He always took care of his crew to make sure they had what they needed, when they needed it. CQC distinguished themselves by their professionalism: Semso and his crew led by Rubin arrived precisely on time (even a few minutes early) as they would every single day, told us what they would do each day, and then did exactly that and often a little more. I don't think they ever took more than 15-20 minutes break for lunch, and one guy came in for a full day's work on a Saturday. They kept the work area clean and wrapped up at the end of each day to make us comfortable around the construction. We often asked for changes, or little tweaks and the crew cheerfully obliged us. They all wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted - what a great team!The final result is amazing, even better than imagined when we first started out. We used Campbell Quality Construction to remodel our kitchen after we discovered that our dishwasher had a slow leak that ruined our wood floors and soaked the sub-floor.  Although the insurance company covered the cost to repair the damage, my wife and I used this as an opportunity to modernize our 1960s-era kitchen and to pay for some upgrades.  We are so glad that we selected CQC, lead by Semso, for our remodel.Semso was very easy to work with and listened to our vision for the kitchen.  From the time his crew started until the end, Semso constantly kept us informed as to what would be going on each day.  This was important to us, as we decided to live in our house during the remodel and have three toddlers.  After each day of work, Semso's crew cleaned up the day's mess and put their tools away.  We even trusted them to lock up if we were out of the house when they finished for the day.If we ever had concerns, Semso was easy to contact and was prompt in returning our calls.  It was apparent to us that Semso had been working with his crew for some time, as he had a great relationship with them and their workmanship was outstanding (more on that later).  From my observation, Semso had been working with his crew for years, whether it be the electricians, the wood floor guys, or his general construction guys.  We made a few changes on the fly with Semso and he was very accommodating and promptly gave us a revised estimate so we could decide whether to proceed with the changes.  When it came to dealing with the insurance company to apportion the estimate between repairing the damage from the dishwasher (covered) and our upgrades (not covered), Semso was easy to work with and helped facilitate that process.Semso's workmanship is outstanding.  As one example, although we ordered custom cabinets for our kitchen, because our walls were not entirely level, Semso's crew had to hand fit the cabinets to the wall to avoid gaps between the cabinets and the wall.  They did so and our cabinets look amazing.  Semso's workmanship is also apparent in the custom tile backsplash and the nice details he added on his own such as a new wood frame and ledge under our kitchen window.    In the end, our kitchen looks beautiful, was on-budget, and was finished on time.  After the first day of demolition, seeing my old kitchen ripped apart, I knew I would have to put a lot of trust in Semso to put it back together and to have the finished product look great.  Not only did Semso meet my high expectations, but the finished kitchen looks better than I even imagined.  We constantly receive compliments on our kitchen and we are already thinking about the next home project we want to tackle.  When we are ready for that project, Semso will be the first person we call. After the stellar work that Campbell Quality construction did on our interior, we decided to hire them again to build a pergola in our backyard. Their bid came in below the landscaping companies' bids so it was an easy decision to work with them again.Semso and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the Pergola matched the style we had picked out.They installed a new concrete slab and and built the custom pergola to fit our space. We've used Semso (of Campbell Quality Construction) in 2 different homes and wouldn't hesitate to use him again. We first hired him to finish a kitchen remodel in our townhouse - we got in over our heads trying to do it ourselves. He had a team out the next day and it only took them a few days to finish what we started. When we decided to update the kitchen in our new home, we immediately called him back in. So this is my second review now that Semso had completely redone my front and back yard. I could not be more satisfied with the outcome! He had installed all new sprinkler system, planted fruit trees and flowers, evened out the ground and put in nee grass. He made some great recommendations for additional work that could be done simultaneously with ease. We've been working with Semso on and off for the last 7 years. 7 years ago, Semso remodeled our kitchen and all three bathrooms. Semso finished all his work on time as promised. Our kitchen & bathroom remodel only took 5 weeks to complete! We are still very happy with the result. Since then, he has been at our house with few small jobs such as plumbing and dry wall. Semso and his team are hard working with a strong attention to detail. He has helped me and my family with various projects from building out a basement, electrical, dry wall, installation of appliances, to the smallest and most intricate tasks. He can be reached at a moments notice to fix a broken window before the rain starts pouring with no complaints. Semso is reliable, shows up on time, if not early, works on the weekends and will do what it takes to keep a deadline, which gives me peace of mind. I have left him alone at home with his team with no issues. He is completely trustworthy!  I'm a bit taken back by the negative review due to an alleged driving incident and to bash his character is outrageous. I have used Campbell Quality Construction for many projects in my home and my in-laws home. I would highly recommend this company for their timeliness in getting the job done and for the quality of work that is provided. One of their specialties is working with marble and granite. I have both in my home and it looks great! There really isn't anything this company cannot do. I have had new bathrooms installed, a new kitchen, new hardwood floor installed, walls moved, a garage changed to a room, french doors installed, new windows installed...pretty much anything I have asked for in my home has been able to be done.
