I was able to peek in on my dog any time throughout the day! Wonderful. I was hoping to see where/how they are fed & where they sleep. Everyone was so nice to the dogs! I even saw 1 employee doing the 2-step with one of the campers! Lol. Winston had a blast! He suffers from anxiety fro being a rescue dog. From what I could tell at the front desk, it was very clean and well kept facility. I was just dropping off my sister's dogs, so I can't personally comment on the care of the dogs, but I can say that since my sister starting using Camp Bow Wow to board her dogs, she has used them many more times including today. The staff was very friendly and called the dogs by their names immediately when greeting them without me having to tell them who we all were. It wasn't a scheduled time drop off, I just showed up when I felt like it, so that was impressive. My first impression was very good. More...

Besides the fact that our dog LOVES being at Camp Bow Wow, your Westlake staff have very positive attitudes, both in person and on the phone. And, staff have been as accommodating and helpful as possible when I’ve had to make changes to plans, or arrange a last-minute stay. Not long ago, a staff member gave me a heads-up about a coming price increase, which was very helpful, so that I could then choose to purchase a package of overnight stays prior to the price increase. Been using this for daycare for over a year and it’s worked out great for us! The employees really get to know the dogs and interact well with them. The facility is clean and takes care to maintain a healthy environment for the dogs. Terrific hours for my long working days and my pup seems to really enjoy his time there. I have taken my pitbull (Mason) to another doggy daycare in the cleveland area and she didn't do so well. I was really discouraged from trying another place, thinking she was just going to be a problem dog. Turns out, she just needed someone who spoke her language. We have had several experiences with Camp Bow Wow and all have been excellent! Whether boarding, day care or grooming services, all the staff have been attentive and honest. We have small dogs with special needs and the staff are very compassionate, caring and make sure their needs are met. Using the camera app assures us that our furbabies are well taken care of and are having fun! As for dogs picking up kennel cough, that I have seen mentioned in other posts, compare it to your child coming home from school with the common cold. It's pretty much the same thing. More...

Initially I was skeptical of the idea of having a daycare service for our dog, but the amount of continued socialization and play group activity she gets is great for two reasons: 1, we feel comfortable bringing our dog to nearly every and any social situation; 2, she continues to have great activity/exercise capacity when we have time to do large trips.Camp Bow Wow has been perfect for us. The people employed there have also been very understanding and accommodating for us above and beyond what we would have expected with our often hectic schedules.
