I believe life is a journey. I’ve spent a lot of time feeling like a ship without an anchor. Found my peace in calm waters. Hence the name. I work to help others find their anchor and calm water.

I provide outpatient counseling to adolescents, adults, and couples. I have a great deal of experience working with adolescents and have had great success in helping teens and pre-teens get on the right track. Also have an excellent track record in working with adults and couples.
