Diana has been a blessing since I adopted my rescue pup in May. He had some reactivity with other dogs, and she worked with him to the point where he is now comfortably going on group outings and loves running around with his doggy friends. Diana keeps me well updated on the daily outings, sending pictures and videos. She is extremely reliable and accommodating. I have been traveling a lot for work, and Diana also offers boarding. Diana and Anthony are such great dog walkers.  I highly recommend them.  Our lab retriever mix is very active and is always excited to hang out with them.  He even waits by window looking out for their car!  They always send us pictures.  So nice to see our dog look happy on the pictures.  He also always comes back home still happy from the fun he had, which is always great to see :) More...

i am so fortunate to have found Diana as Bis' new friend! I had just moved into the area and needed someone ASAP to help with my energetic shepherd and Diana was there to save the day! Not only is she professional, flexible and prompt in response (things i absolutely look for in any kind of business), she is also a very caring and lovely person. And cherry on top - she genuinely loves the dogs! i have met many people in the dog business who do it for the money but she really does love our little "kids." Bis is very energetic and sometimes plays a little too intense but Diana really listened to what my shepherd needed and paid attention to his play with other dogs. Bis always comes back tired and happy from their time together with no problems and then greets her with kisses whenever she arrives. Diana has been a wonderful "walker" for Penny.  She is very responsible and reliable and is also gentle with her when Penny is skittish.  Diana takes the pups to various parks depending on the weather (When it's raining, where is the least muddy place? Diana knows!) and keeps them occupied for hours.  Penny gets a ton of socialization and exercise, which is important because, without exercise our little LabraDoodle becomes a WackyDoodle.  Thank you Diana!!! We are so lucky to have found Diana and her dog walking services!  Diana is very professional, caring, and goes over and beyond her job duties (i. e. even trying to teach dogs good behavioral habits when she's with them).  Unlike many other dog walkers who might just provide the basic service, Diana spends a lot of time with our puppy.  She takes her out to the park for a good amount of time to play with other dogs that she also cares/walks for.  Our puppy is pretty rambunctious and likes to rough house with other dogs.  But I trust and know Diana pays attention and will break out any rough play that gets too intense.  I appreciate that especially since I have a puppy and don't want her to get hurt or pick up any bad behavioral issues.  Diana has a lot of experience with dogs through her business, as well as volunteering at ASPCA/shelters.  It's nice to have someone care for my puppy who has a significant amount of experience and knows how to care for dogs.  Diana is also great at communication, providing updates on our puppy and watching out if anything is out of the ordinary.  I also appreciate and enjoy seeing pictures and videos of our puppy playing in the park with other dogs.  You can tell that our puppy is really happy and exerting all her energy.  After spending a couple of hours with Diana, our puppy is so happy and exhausted that she sleeps the rest of the day! Diana is simply amazing! I work night shift 7-7 and she has been more than accommodating with my schedule and the days to pick up daisy. She didn't mind navigating my confusing apartment complex with numerous locks/gates. Even found her way up to the 8th floor when our elevator was down. I couldn't say enough about how perfect she has been for my pup. The addition of daily pictures when she's out with diana is the cherry on top. This review is overdue.  I started working with Diana last year when we had a rescue dog.  She was very accommodating and always willing to work with us on last minute scheduling. I love Busy Bodies Dog Walking! Diana and Anthony always respond in a timely manner. PROS: They are very kind and will be willing to pick up my husky/shepherd mix for lodging/dog walking even at the last minute. So convenient! Khaleesi gets to play with other dogs during their field trips to the dog parks too! They also post photos on their social media and send me photos of whatever she is doing! CONS: Nothing! Diana and Anthony go the extra mile to make sure that our dog is happy. They are accommodating to our schedule and we look forward to the days when our energetic furry friend can go out with their little dog crew. Our dog is a handful for sure. In the past, more than one dog walkers has asked that we find another service because he was hard to handle in a group. Since going out consistently with Diana and Anthony, we have noticed a positive change in his sometimes anxious behavior. Busy Bodies has been helping us with puppy care for over 5 years now.  We don't use daily walking service anymore, since I work from a home office nowadays, but Diana and the crew are always happy to take Artemis for a walk whenever our schedules don't work out.  Artemis always has a blast with them and comes home exhausted (huge plus for an active black lab owner)!!  I'm updating this because they stepped up like champs and boarded our dog for over a week when our usual dog care dissolved just 2 days before a business trip.  The photos and videos are a great way to keep in touch and know that she's being well cared for.  5stars plus-plus-plus More...

I have only good things to say about Diana and Anthony! They are honest, reliable, and you can tell how much they genuinely care about the pups. Our miniature schnauzer loves her daily excursions with the pack, and always comes home pleasantly tired out. I love that they send photos and daily updates. We rescued our little guy CHIPPER in April of 2014 and our neighbor referred us to Diana after we learned that day care was not the right fit for him. Chipper instantly connected with Diana and we loved her approach with him.   Chipper loved going out with Diana because he loves car rides and loves to bark his head off at dog parks.   Not knowing much about his history, Diana was great at socializing him with the rest of the pack.   We loved getting pictures of him on his outings and it was great to see that he was doing well with dogs of all sizes.   We moved away from Burlingame in October, and were sad to discover that dog walking services like Diana's does not exist in our new neighborhood.   If your dog likes to be out with other dogs, enjoys car rides, and loves dog parks, then call Diana.   We never had any negative experiences with Diana. Diana and Anthony are the best!! I went through 3 other dog walkers before them, none of which provided the peace of mind that they do. They take my dog 3-4 days a week. They post pictures of each outing on multiple social media sights so I can see my little guy having fun. I'm so grateful for Diana! Abby is one happy puppy! She takes her to the dog park three times a week and send pictures every time. Those pictures are the highlight of my day! I love seeing her so happy and knowing she's in such good care. When we get home, she is happy to see us of course, but shows no signs of anxiety or discontent. I'd actually say she seems happier than ever, now that she gets to play with other dogs and people.Diana is very communicative about where she is, what's going on, happy to put on the tv, give her food, etc. You can tell she really cares about dogs and is very honest and sweet. Diana and Anthony are excellent dog walkers! I have a 10-month old Siberian husky puppy who has a lot of energy. Diana takes her out w 4 other dogs around 1pm and they would run for an hour off leash in the park. It gives her both a chance to be social with other dogs and get plenty of exercise. If you add up the time of picking up and dropping off my dog is out of the apartment for 2-3 hours a day, which is great for her! When she comes home she is tired from running and playing and is a lot more receptive to training. Moreover, Diana and Anthony are attentive to my dog Silver. In our diagnostic appointment she literally sat w us for 1.5 hours to get to know my dog. They are receptive to suggestions and are often goofy with silver. I also use their boarding service many times when I am out of town. They would be happy to accept Silver at last minute notice and and Silver really enjoys being at their place (they have two other huskies). I even decided to have them take care of the dog than having my friends take care of her (which is free!) when I was away on a two week vacation because how well they know her. My little dog, Drake, has been hanging out with Diana for a few months and she has been amazing. On our first visit, she played with him and made sure they would get along before she took him out for a walk, Diana has been great for my little guy. He can't wait for her to arrive to walk him and he comes back tired out. He has become a part of her pack and I am so thankful. What can I say about Diana that hasn't already been said? She is very loving towards our chihuahua mix. He's the type of dog that will hide under the couch and bark if there's a stranger in the room or coming in the house. With Diana he'll lay around her and wait to be scratched and excited to go outside. He's very comfortable around her and I know when they go out he has tons of fun because he is passed out on the couch until I come home. I love that she update us with pictures of our baby on his fun outings. She is flexible, has reasonable prices and accommodate last minute schedule changes. Diana has been watching our dog Dempsey for the past few months and has been absolutely incredible.  She is so friendly to both us and our puppy, and has been very reliable and flexible.  Dempsey is so excited to see her everyday; you really can tell she loves her work and her dogs.  The photos and videos she's texts of Dempsey playing in the park with other dogs are always a highlight of the day!  Some are very funny and offer instant relief during a stressful work day.  Her service has proved invaluable to us since we both have pretty long and unpredictable work hours.  Having someone as reliable and flexible as Diana has been a life saver.  She also offers boarding services which has helped us out of binds for last minute weekend getaways.  She is so trustworthy and honest and I would hands down recomend her as best walker in the area. Reading the other review here, I can't help but echo the same sentiments of those who call Diana amazing and a lifesaver. For me, Diana s simply fabulous ! Diana came as a recommendation from another amazing dog walker who moved away. I was super concerned as my dog has been known to bolt out of a car if he doesn't like you ;)! Diana and Aiden clicked instantly and I am so thankful she was recommended! Aiden LOVES going with her and even cries at the door when she drops him back off. She always ensures he is well-taken care of and leaves me detailed updates on his playtime, behavior, and what he is learning. I have noticed a huge difference in how he walks with me (he no longer drags me!) and also trust her with him when I have to travel overnight for work. Diana has continuously gone out of her way to care for my dog, Tux.  There have been numerous times that I have had last minute work travel scheduled and she always makes sure Tux is taken care of.  On the days she takes Tux out for walks he anxiously waits for her by the window and happily greets her at the door.  She also responds in a timely manner if I'm overly concerned if Tux has "done his business." Diana is amazing! From the initial interview we knew she was going to perfect to take care of our dog. Mia, our dog, is a husky and has a TON of energy. Diana does a great job with her, taking her for long walks, play dates, etc. We now come home to a tired and well behaved dog all the time. She also watched our dog for a weekend last minute. We got a rescue who was very shy and we thought we should talk to someone with a lot of dog experience. I tried to contact 2 behaviourists only to never hear back from one and play a lot of phone tag with the other. Diana doesn't claim to be a behaviourist but she knows a lot about dogs. She has a great energy and a flexible schedule. We met with her just once and only for an hour but our very shy dog really felt comfortable with her and Diana got our dog to really learn "sit" while she was just talking with us. I have had Aryel for 1 year. She is a mixed terrier and was only 3-4 months when I adopted her. After a little over 1 month of having Aryel she was trained to sit, shake-hands, potty trained and kennel trained. For a full-time worker and student who did not have time to read up on training a dog or what to do with a dog when behavior issues  ( IE.: crying at night in a kennel, socialization with other dogs, chewing up carpet, barking ) Diana knew it all. Not only will she be responsive to concerns; she genuinely loves all dogs and cares for them on another level. I highly recommend her for behavior training. I believe Aryel is well behaved and easily trained because good behavior was instilled by Diana at a very young age. Until this day when Aryel sees Diana she is supper happy and very responsive. She has also given me tips and trained me to be a great dog owner.  Aryel is very responsive to me because Diana not only trains the dog to behave but also teaches me how to be a great dog owner. Diana has been walking our dog Champi for about a month now. She has been really great and competent. Diana is really dedicated to her job and I know that Champi is in good hands with her. Diana is amazing. She knows how to treat dogs and makes sure they have a great time. Dante comes home every day tired and is such a happy dog. Diana takes him out with his doggy friends to parks and long walks monday - Friday. Almost a year ago now I brought Lucy home. She was a 3 1/2 lb french bulldog then. I knew I would need help and found Diana. Until Lucy had all of her shots, she needed visits at home which Diana was happy to do, a couple of times a day at times. At four months, Lucy was all set for the world but her fun was quickly derailed by a broken leg and surgery. Again Diana was there to help us out. Diana again came over to visit Lucy and take her outside for potty breaks. Lucy has been fit as a fiddle for some time now and a lucky member of Diana's daily pack. I get pics daily of my "kid" and her buddies at the park that are always good for a giggle. I have piece of mind knowing Lucy is out having fun and being well cared for by Diana. Another reason I like Diana versus some other walkers is that she takes the dogs to fenced in parks. Lucy is just 18 lbs and her recall isn't great so I am not comfortable with her in an off leash open area like Fort Funston every day. With Diana I know Lucy will come home safe and sound every day. Lucy is just over a year old now and Diana has also helped me reinforce dog training which is so helpful. She has had basic obedience but reinforcement is important. Diana spends more time with Lucy than anyone but me so having another voice to support the rules is great. She's done some private training with her too and given me really good advice. It is not easy to hand the keys to your house, not to mention the responsibility of a member of your family to someone that was a relative stranger at first. I had a good feeling about Diana from our first meeting and my gut hasn't let me down before. I trusted my gut and Lucy and I are so glad I did. Woof Woof Diana. So glad we found you! More...

Me and my husband are first time dog owners and we wanted to make sure we made the right choice for our shiba inu. Diana is awesome. We wanted someone more permanent and long term so our dog would be used to the person walking him. When we had our introduction with Diana, she came into our home and was very very nice. We clicked right away. She has been walking katsu for a month now and recently we had our dog board with Diana for 7 days and he loves her. When our dog came back home he had so much fun he knocked out for hours at home. When she walks him she texts me when she picks him up and when she drops him home. She sends me pictures and videos of how he is doing too. When me and my husband were on our honeymoon I told her to email me instead instead of texting me, she sent me so many pics and videos. Me and my husband treat our dog like our child and so does she. She kept me updated the whole 7 days were gone. We have our dog walked by Diana typically  2-3 times a week depending on how busy our work schedule is like. If you need a dog walker in the peninsula area, she is the person to get! She is very flexible with days your dog can get picked up. And we text her if for any reason our dog doesn't need to get picked up, she will text back right away. We are very happy with busy bodies! Diana is fantastic! Our dog loves her. We use Diana every weekday for dog walks while we are away at work. We pay for a 30 min walk, but sometimes she takes him to the park with a few other dogs and they are out several hours. She has been very accommodating, easy to plan with, and work with. She is also very sweet, kind, and very reliable. She sends us pictures from her visits with the dog which is always nice to get in the middle of the work day.
