Don't let the few reviews scare you away. This is a new business! I want to start by saying that the house hadn't been cleanred in a while due to an injury I sustained that put me in a wheelchair since August. With two floors, three dogs, a cat, and my being unable to do more than wipe a sink or counter, it got bad... I mean embarrassingly bad... Yelp gave me the option of sending a quote request to 5 different cleaning services, and Broomed was one of three that replied. From the first communication, Eduardo was clear about how his teams worked, the costs and more. The two team members assigned to clean the house showed up on time and were very thorough. They were friendly and deliberate with each aspect of cleaning a room before moving on to the next. They wore masks the entire time and kept socially distant. Even more, they were incredibly considerate of me being in a wheelchair, leaving plenty of space for me to navigate from one area of the ground floor to another as needed. Eduardo came to check in on the team and my satisfaction with their progress. I let him know that I'd like for them to come back, and am looking at the calendar to figure out when I need them again. I did a quick walk-through with Eduardo immediately after the job. By the way I paid extra to have the inside of my windows cleaned.
A pic of top right corner is attached. I tend to trust the professionals I hire on thumbtack so was surprised when just a little while after they left, I started noticing several unacceptable oversights. Clearly, I did not check thoroughly during my walk-through- my bad. However after sending the pictures to Broom, instead of acknowledging the oversights…Eduardo complained about the length of time I took to report it He told me that they had clearly left the job done. I’ve only attached three pictures but there were more than a handful of things that I found to be gross oversights.
To be fair, after he scooted blame to me, he did offer to somehow make right the things left undone. No thanks. I’m done. Just take ownership. Even an apology could’ve gone along way.

We have been in business for over 3 years now, however our cleaning technicians have worked in the industry for over 15 years.

Yes, the customer will not need to provide any supplies or equipment. We use high quality equipment and supplies which helps us deliver the best cleanig experience.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I graduated from the University of Oregon, I focused my studies in business administration. Starting my own company has always been my goal and it has been truly rewarding starting Broomed Cleaning Services as my firts company.
