What do you love most about your job?
My ability to help others be successful in their companies and/or take it to the next level.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a managing partner a consulting firm for many years for Fortune 500 companies and was successful. I found I want to help and to concentrate on assisting smaller companies (start-up to $20M) achieve annual growth.
Why should our clients choose you?
My policy is a small retainer and expenses. We can work on a small hourly fee transferring into gain-sharing for existing businesses. If I don't assist you in growth (which I will forecast for you in detail before moving forward), I don't get paid. I have always been paid.
I am very transparent. You will know what to expect from me and when. Every business is different so some may take 30 days to see change while others may take 3 months. It is all dependent on the type of business, years in business and willingness for strategy and growth.
