How long have you been in business?
5 years with License and Ensured, before that we worked for other people as cleaners.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we provide everything. If client has a special request regarding equipment or products we ask if he is able to provide it.
What do you love most about your job?
What we most love about our services is see the before and after and clients reactions, for sure their reactions are the most precious thing to work with and go home with the satisfaction to have the job completed and client is happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What most inspired us to start our own business was have more opportunities for creative things, for exemple: take small gifts regularly to our clients, implement a checklist guide and train all teams to provide an excellent service.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we worry with them, we are worried to overcome expectations, reach their needs, not only complete a job, but what else can we do to help them to have peace of mind, a neat place for work and productivity.

Not much, but we can always give instructions and tips if they want to do the cleanings/organizing by themselves.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Having smaller teams (only one or two people), masks and gloves at all times, always asking if anyone is sick (clients and teams) and also asking clients how comfortable they are with people around, if they prefer not to have services, we will respect and wait until they call again.

Our Home Organizer service consist in sort, categorize, plan spaces, label and create a system that best works for the client. The main goal is functionallity.

We have clients and a large schedule across Bay Area with teams located in each area (Peninsula, East Bay and San Francisco), providing them a house clean, organized and neat until the next cleaning.
We have weekly, bi-weekly and monthly services and prices depends of frequency and size of the house.
