Walking into the Brass Hydrant was like walking into an old familiar place, the vibes & feel of this place was like being in the comforts of your own home! Brenda, Bambi, Danielle and the rest of the staff at Brass Hydrant are absolutely amazing! They’ve taken extra tender loving care of regaining a trust issue (hurt 3 times by 3 different groomers) in my 10 month Shih Tzu puppy Journey! Brenda sits on the floor with him, plays with him, so she’s on his level and takes the necessary measures to assure he’s comfortable, safe & calm...(we plan a visit & drop by so Journey doesn’t think every time he goes there, that he has something done) these measures really sealed the deal for me and in doing so I can exhale & our trust is regained!
