We are an online-only company at this time. I offer one-on-one sessions along with group coaching from the comfort of you own home.

What To Expect
THE DETAILS:
This coaching program is a 12-week one-on-one session that lasts for 45 minutes. Each session ends with a couple-minute grounding meditation since the sessions can be very emotional for clients, and I want to set you up for success for the rest of your day. Sessions can be done over the phone or via Zoom call. Additional resources, workbooks, and masterclasses are included in the coaching fee.
TRANSPARENCY:
Clients who show up for the sessions and do the work will have the best success with coaching. No guarantees are falsely given, BUT if a client needs additional sessions and support, that will be discussed and arranged FREE of charge. I am available to clients Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. E.T. business hours. Exceptions can be made for clients with certain restrictions and needs with notice.
