Craig is awesome! We started looking for walker/daycare options when our Vizsla pup hit ~6mos and his puppy naps came to an abrupt halt (and so did our work time). We needed a flexible, professional provider *pronto* and we combed through quite a few options before finding Craig and Bow Wow Ranch. We are so, so happy we did. Craig takes our Vizsla out to Bow Wow Ranch 3x/week. Our pup races to the door as soon as he hears Craig's truck pull up, and he comes home happy and absolutely wiped--we're talking returning home to out for the evening in under five minutes. For anyone unfamiliar with the breed, they're pointers with a famously inexhaustible energy source, and it's an incredibly impressive feat. On the human side, you couldn't hope for a better pup provider. Craig is the utmost professional; he's friendly, flexible, super responsive, and takes a lot of care and pride in his business. He notices when something looks off (intro'd a new food), offers suggestions for training (excited maniac on leash), connects us with other dog owners (for puppy play dates), and sends fantastic and often hilarious update pics (for our piece of mind and entertainment). Craig is great with my dog and very reliable. The pick up, drop off, and billing are very simple! My dogs overall behavior is better because of the extra exercise and she's so much more pleasant at home, especially since we're working from home and in meetings all day that require a quiet environment. My two dogs go with Craig and his puppy crew every day, and they love it!! Â They come home happy and completely worn out! Â Craig is professional, responsible and a total dog lover . Â My pups can't wait to go back each day. Â I've sent my dogs to daycare which is way more expensive and my dogs never get any real exercise being locked in a room all day. Â But Craig is the best, and I know my dogs love running free on his ranch. Â Plus, it's so much more convenient for me that he comes and picks them up and drops them off from my place. Craig is amazing with the dogs. We have been with Craig for over 14 years as our dog walker and sitter. He has taken out foster dogs for me as well as my own. I had 4 dogs at one time ranging in age from 4 month old puppy Rhodesian Ridgeback, 7 year old fear aggressive Kerry beagle, 12 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback, and a 14 year old beagle. Craig is very responsible and dependable. I trust him with access to my home and making sure that my dogs get their exercise. Craig has helped me when i had a dog on crate rest to make sure that he was let out on a leash to potty. Craig has worked with my fear aggressive dog and understands when she needs her space and when she needs a correction. He is a true pack leader which makes a difference when you do not have an easy dog. He understands the different breeds and their needs in terms of exercise and how the different dogs engage in a pack. Craig gives individual attention to dogs that need it. Craig learns about the dogs he takes out so he knows who will work with who. There has only been one incident that I can remember, when another dog was too aggressive with my puppy. Craig evaluated the other dog and decided he was not a good fit for his group. Craig immediately contacted me and offered to take my dog to the vet. There was another time one of my dogs rolled in a dead animal and smelled. Craig cleaned him off the best he could, crated him at my home and contacted me immediately to let me know. Craig does great with dogs of all sizes and breeds. He makes sure that a dog will fit in with the groups he takes out, he doesn't take any client. Craig is the best! My 2-yr old high energy pup, Zoe, goes to the ranch with Craig during the week and comes home happy and worn out - what more could I ask for? This is a unique service where you will definitely get more bang for your buck compared to a traditional dog walker. Short story:- Calm and experienced with our reactive dog- Accommodates our constantly changing schedule- Pup is always exhausted and happyLong story:Craig has been taking care of our pup for a little over half a year and the whole experience has been fantastic from the very first interaction. Our dog loves dog parks and is pretty high energy so we were looking for a new day care when we moved to the area, however he is also a rescue with a significant fear of strangers. Meeting new people typically results in a lot of barking and less than pleasant behavior and during our home visit with Craig he was his usual frightened, barky self. But Craig took everything in stride - he assured us that he could make it work, and he was right. Today our pup runs to the gate whenever Craig comes to pick him up. What a great experience! Craig is professional in dealing with clients and dogs alike. I really like that he has his own property where the dogs can run so there are no worries about them running off at the beach or hassles with dogs from other dog walker companies. Craig is an amazing dog care provider!! I have been with him for over 13 years. In that time we have had 6 different dogs go out with him on the adventures ! ! Even when I have had foster dogs Craig has supported our family in working with the foster dogs. I had two beagles that really loved going out on beach adventures and came home exhausted !! I currently have two ridgebacks, one 10 years old (he's fear retreat as he was abused)  and another 2 years old  male and a fear aggressive female Kerry beagle that all go out with Craig. In fact, Craig has worked hard to gain all of my dogs trust, especially working with my fear aggressive female dog. I know when Craig comes to get my dogs they are in good hands and I don't have to worry. My dogs come home exhausted. Craig works with the dogs and will interact on their terms. He's a strong leader and that's critical in working with the different personalities of the dogs!!!
