I had the unique opportunity to work alongside Andi Bearss while she was a counselor at our middle school. I worked as an assistant principal and her care, concern, and counseling with our students was extremely valuable to the social and emotional well being of so many. I had the fortune of working closely with Mr. Bearss for about a year and can tell you he is excellent at diagnosing issues, creating treatment programs, and following through on helping people with whatever issues they may have.

As a coworker, spending many hours discussing counseling ideology with Mr. Bearss, helped me advance my professional skill sets and as a side bonus, because of his personable nature and unfailing willingness to converse, he talked me through some personal issues which helped me put to rest some baggage I had been carrying for a long time.

As foster/adoptive/biological parents we have experienced many different behaviors from our children. We had exhausted many resources and were still coming up short in our search to find ways to deal with the effects of some very significant trauma our young daughters had experienced. The Bearss suggested trying EMDR and were willing to take our children on as clients. We were very impressed with Casey’s ability to adapt to small children.
