I assist/service planners with their events, meetings and conventions brought to Raleigh and Wake County and have referred Blue Diamond Transportation numerous times based on the client's needs. We used Blue Diamond Transportation for our wedding and it was a smooth and easy process from start to finish! Brad was extremely helpful in setting everything up, and our driver, Daniel, was prompt and friendly. We used one of their large buses to take guests from the ceremony to the reception, and even with multiple trips, all the guests made it to the reception quicker than we could have hoped. Blue Diamond Transportation is a class act! We hired them for a 3 day conference we had in town. They handled all of our transportation needs; from airport shuttles, local tours, dine around event and more! We used every size and shape bus they had over the course of the conference. The buses were beautiful, stylish and very clean. The drivers are very professional and the service was excellent! I booked Blue Diamond for my family reunion and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Brad was super professional and responsive through booking. Our bus driver Wayne was SO awesome to my family! We have a large family and had quite a few family members in wheel chairs. Our bus was not wheelchair accessible, but Wayne was a SUPERSTAR! He jumped right into action helping people of all sizes on and off the bus without ever complaining. He was super professional and ALWAYS on time. By the end of the weekend, he was like family. I ordered a 26-passenger party-bus limo for a 30th birthday party. Something happened the day-of and I was told the bus had "mechanical issues" and couldn't get fixed until Monday. As frustrated as I was (finding a reputable company that had limo bus availability was a feat in itself!) they provided an excursion limo and mercedes bus in place of the party bus. Everyone ended up having a great time. The drivers were punctual (actually early), they were very nice and easy to communicate with (I was able to text them while Inside the loud bars) and I had positive communication with everyone that I talked to while coordinating plans. Had the company delivered on what I ordered it would by far have received five stars, but the four-star ranking is for the company and what it delivered based on our contract. In terms of the employees that work there, they each deserve five-stars. Had the employees not been friendly, courteous, and extremely accommodating due to the maintenance that was out of their control, I would have had a huge headache on my hands.  Their employees are what make a difference in service. If you are considering going with another company-- DON'T. Or at least, do your research. Thank you for sending me the survey! I've been anxious to tell you how wonderful my daughter's ""limo"" birthday party worked out. The chauffer, Ernie, arrived on time and was completely prepared for 20 thirteen year-olds. When our original plans to view the Celebration of Lights fell through he helped us come up with suggestions of other places to go and was extremely good with the kids. Needless to say they were excited about the experience and this meant an extremely loud ride for Ernie. He never complained about the noise and when he needed to ask someone to close a window or door he did so in a calm professional manner. The limousine was clean, had a great sound system, and the kids enjoyed the party lights. Everyone had a wonderful experience! My only recommendation would be to reduce the minimum reservation time from four hours to three. I was impressed with your service, the communication, professionalism of the driver and quality/cleanliness of the car. But with that I feel I must tell you that your contract's come off a bit jumbled. There are many different sizes of fonts and sizes of spaces and indentions, etc. that the contract was hard to read and understand. I LIKE to think of myself as a very intelligent person...but hey, we all have our days. :) I'm just wanting to help - I thought you guys were great and will recommend you and will very likely use you guys again.
