Today was Bentley Dior’s first time going to a brand new groomer since his first groom! We just moved from Texas and heard about Benny’s Puppy Parlour from a pet store recommendation. Kelly and Maggie did a great job and treated Bentley with lots of love and care! 10/10. Thank you for loving him and being so inviting that he didn’t even cry when I walked away! When first walking into Benny’s, first impression is huge and they past the test! The store was beautifully cleaned and well taken care of. Kelly and Maggie were very friendly and took careful notes of my requests. You can tell everything they touch in that store is done with lots of care and love. I followed Maggie to Benny’s Puppy Parlor. I was really happy that she told me where she was headed. She is so great with Coco. Coco is a very timid Shorky. She gets terrified with loud noises and large dogs. Maggie has tried to make the appointments when she knows there will be “quiet” dogs around.
