Christina at Bella Riley's was amazing. She came with a strong game plan from the start on how to repair my damaged hair and get it healthy again. She really took the time with me to understand my hair desires and needs and I left with some great tips. Everyone at the salon is so friendly and you feel a cozy atmosphere when you walk in. I have been a customer at Bella Riley for several years. I have always enjoyed the experience there, but today was so different. I went in for a color correction to color I had done at a different salon. I had asked for balayage and instead, this other salon bleached the entire bottom 2/3 of my hair. I was beside myself - my virgin hair was completely ruined - it felt awful, looked yellow & brassy, and was uneven. They attempted to fix it by toning & adding some brunette back in, but it was still waaaay too much blonde and the color of the brunette was way too dark. Bella Riley was able to get me in quickly for a consultation and appointment with Heather. She did an absolutely AMAZING job on my hair! She was able to bring the majority of the bleached hair down to match my natural color and use some of the bleached hair to actually give me the appearance of balayage. My hair is now absolutely gorgeous and it’s exactly what I wanted in the first place. I could not be happier. Heather turned a horrendous experience into a positive, and did it all for a very reasonable price. I will definitely keep coming back!!! More...

I was seen by Claire for a color and cut correction, and I can not say enough great things about her. She really listened to my concerns and paid close attention to how I envisioned my hair and then helped me achieve that look. She took the time to style my hair in different ways so I could see the desired result for each way. I was very pleased with her attention to detail and overall experience, and I am looking forward to returning to her in a few weeks for my next appointment! I am beyond pleased!

I went in yesterday feeling awful about my hair because the last salon I went to basically turned it yellow and took it all the way up to my roots (which I specifically requested them not to), and Candace was so patient with me! She talked me through the options for fixing my hair and she was so much fun! She even matched my roots up and was able to paint them back in! It looks like nothing ever happened, the match is spot on!!!

I'm absolutely blown away by the care that Candace took to fix my hair and make me feel comfortable. My hair looks fantastic and I feel like myself again. I'm so incredibly grateful. I can't wait for my next appointment! :) More...

Claire and Bella are amazing! Claire did my hair for my wedding 5/26/2018 and Bella did my makeup and they were both SO skilled and really helped work with me to ensure I left happy and with exactly what I dreamed of for my big day!

Edit: They have made their wrongs right by apologizing and offering complimentary services. Original post: I am very disappointed. I had an appointment for Dec 31st that got cancelled due to Heather being sick. No big deal, these things happen. I was told someone would call me back to reschedule. When no one called back, I called and rescheduled. I let them know that I needed to be seen ASAP since I'm pregnant and due pretty much any day now. We rescheduled to last night. When I got there I was told that no one put my appointment on the schedule and now they were too booked. Instead of letting me keep my appointment since I had booked first, I was told sorry I'd have to come back another time. Kind of hard to reschedule AGAIN when I have no idea when the baby will come. It sucks because I really liked Heather but the unprofessional way I was treated last night is unacceptable. More...
