I had to leave my 14 year old Shih tzu/Maltese mix to attend an out of town wedding. Over the years, Zoe had only been watched by friends and family and had never been boarded. For the first time, I was stuck with no one to watch her. I hesitantly contacted Bart and Gabriel upon someone else's recommendation, thinking it would be best to leave her at home where she was comfortable and everything was familiar. Karen took great care of my little Zoe! She showed up on time and sent me a text and/or photo every time she visited. She made sure Zoe got her medication, food, plenty of water, exercise, and all the treats she was accustomed to over the course of the day. In Zoe's old age, she wasn't able to take the steps down to the grass, and Karen was happy to carry up and down to go outside too. It was such a relief knowing Zoe was being well cared for in her own home. I would highly recommend Bart and Gabriel pet sitting to those looking for an alternative to boarding.
