Katie was extremely sweet, helpful and professional. We ordered a cake for my MIL graduation and it made our special occasion even better. I honestly cannot say enough nice things about Katie! When I first placed my order she answered all my many questions and helped me place an order that would be perfect for my daughters birthday. When the day came to pick up our cookies our timing didn’t match up and Katie offered to drop the cookies off in time for the party even though it was out of her way. She provided truly above and beyond customer service. When my daughter saw them she got so excited! The cookies were perfect! They looked so cute and tasted amazing. I love decorated sugar cookies and have tried several places and always struggled to find cookies that were cute and still tasted good. I was looking for someone to make a cake for my sons 8th birthday yesterday. So of course I had to reach out to a local moms group and I found Baked By Katie. I checked out her page and had to message her right away. The ordering process and payment process were both very smooth. I think her prices are very reasonable and she has great ideas. I sent her a couple of pictures of what I wanted and she made it happen. She does deliver which is always a plus! This cake was SO cute and SO SO SO good!
