Bad Termite just left my house here in Simi Valley and I am extremely happy with their work. Great crew and very professional and thorough. They did spot treatment and replacement of some of the eves and you can't tell where it was replaced. Left everything looking great and cleaned up every inch of any mess so you can't even tell we had anyone here doing work. Bad Termite was recommended to me by a friend who is a Realtor as the best. He was right! From the time that Joshua the inspector spent 6 hours at my house from attic to under the foundation he was more thorough than I imagined. His recommendations were detailed and complete. At first I thought the estimate was high but when I read all the actions that would be taken to rid my home of termites and repair the damage already done to the structure, I realized that thee price was very reasonable. I had another quote from a competitor and it was almost the same with no repairs. the appointment by David was made to fit my complicated working schedule without frustration when I kept saying no to dates they were available. Once we agreed, it was locked in with the words, "Don't Worry, we'll be there".     The crew of three showed up at 8:30 and left at 6. Thoroughness is truly the company's motto. They worked hard, were neat, polite. Romero even  took time to explain that  we had both dry wood termites and subterranean termites due our home's location next to Bell Creek.IThe explanation was done in a friendly , positive, that is Southern California manner. Great company. Easy to work with.  Friendly and professional. Even though there was a miscommunication on my part. Their attitude and professionalism did not change and were still able to accommodate me. I had them do an inspection and they were very thorough and helpful. They also pointed out some minor issues that should be looked at for safety reasons that didnt have to do with termites. INSPECTION - So i am sitting here writing this review while Josh finishes with the 3 HOUR inspection on my home. We had another company come and inspect, for 30 minutes. And then just a horrid story from there. BUT Josh has been AMAZING he has inspected every corner of my home, (unfortunately) found things the other company missed and is STILL looking at staying in our budget! We would give Bad Termite an overall excellent review.  Unfortunately, the technician who inspected the house we were considering buying missed some areas of termite infestation and dry wood rot.  Consequently, we ended up buying the house based on that report.  Some months later when we noticed these areas, we called Bad Termite.  Danny came to re-inspect and agreed that the tech had missed these areas.  He agreed to repair all identified damages and also provide a full termite treatment throughout our whole house, not just the noted areas.  He also has provided a 2-year guarantee on the work.  Danny and his crew did make everything right -- and repaired everything.  We couldn't be happier.  Danny was fantastic and truly a man of his word. I met the owner Danny at several YREP mixers. He was always very cordial and a great supporter of the group. I was already working with a termite company, but opted to try out Bad Termite. I haven't gone back since. They're always on time with their inspections and deliver reports promptly (and sooner if you bug them). I never have an issue getting a hold of Erick, who works the office for any clarifications and questions. Their inspectors are courteous and friendly.
