Hanna O’Dell is a Certified Professional Life Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition to her coaching certification, she has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is a certified Level II Reiki Practitioner. She specializes in Core Energy Life Coaching. She is interested in empowering her clients to connect to their intuition and find their answers deep from within. To further explore her spiritual gifts, she has taken a variety of spiritual classes from Reiki to Trance Channeling. The culmination of all this education and experience has left her with an unwavering passion to share her knowledge and experiences with others. By the age of 27, she has faced various mental, physical, and emotional adversities and wanted to adapt new ways of experiencing her life and the world around her. After consulting her own life coach, she decided to explore her gifts. This led her to becoming a life coach and exploring other forms of spiritual and physical healing. Along her personal journey, she has learned the true value of self-empowerment, self-love, and transformation. She wholeheartedly believes and invests in her client’s visions and knows the importance of action overcoming fear. Her interests outside of coaching include nature and animals, creative expression and health, spirituality and mindfulness, and inspiring others.
