I wanted to heal myself inside and out after dealing with a debilitating disease in ending up in ICU twice. I started out with the health coaching and progressed into life coaching to learn the techniques of self discipline, discovery , positive habit change leading to the life style change of positivity and living life on your terms. I learned how to master the techniques and knew I could help others because I walked the walk and it became a calling. I backed it up with technique and the studies of life and health coaching from going to school to understand on a deeper level

Because I have been there, been in many client's shoes, I have known despair, felt hopelessness and cried. The work it takes to become whole with self and learned the techniques needed to truly navigate mind, body, spirit and soul and achieve synergy. It's more than a piece of paper it's work and no short cuts. I am ready if you are.

FAILURE What is the main reason behind this. We have a dream which becomes our vision and we never take time to truly develop and strategy or a clear plan of action.

Have you mapped out the road to your dreams? What is your roadmap. Ask yourself what this looks like for me, what does this feel like for me. Is this a possibility or an illusion? This truth lies within you. You are on the cusp of making this happen or failure from onset.

Why because How you do one thing is how you do everything.

If you dream with no clear path to executing a strategy and this ends up being your reality every time, then it is time for habit change. Habit change is an enormously powerful transformational tool.

The cycle of life leaves us no choice but to be resilient. There is a saying, what doesn’t kill you will make you stronger.

Resilience is the ability to bounce back from setbacks.

Many people struggle to cope when facing challenging situations because they are not mentally strong. Some people do not understand and possess coping mechanism to keep you sustainable in self.

Such people are prone to depression and other psychological problems. Don’t try and control the challenge just roll with the outcome. If it’s not the outcome you are looking for it is the beginning of truth, experience and furthermore Roll with where you are going, where you are destined to go, who you are destined to be. Looking back, you can see your growth, where you came from, where you are not returning to. Because you know better now. The outcome is you, yourself and you again. Your mentalism, your tenacity to fall down and rise.

Self Love is becoming mindful and intentionally practicing for one's own well-being and happiness in a constructive way rather than narcissistic negative behaviors).

Self-love defined as "love of self" or "regard for one's own happiness or advantage" has both been conceptualized as a basic human necessity to truly achieve happiness and balance in your life

On the other hand, if we as human beings enter the realm of being a narcissist with a tendency for narcissistic behaviors then we move to the dangerous character and moral flaw within yourself which can be looked at as vanity in yourself or selfishness.

It is a fine line between not enough and too much. So, check your behaviors at the door. Recognize what you need inside of yourself to become whole without demoralizing others with negative behaviors such as the French would say amour propre, announce - (amoure prop), conceitedness, and egotistic behaviors leading to narcissistic behaviors.

The pain of losing someone can be all-consuming.

It can feel like a physical ache or a wave of completely unexpected emotions like anger, guilt, or even relief. For others, it’s a spiritual challenge, casting doubt on our firmest beliefs.

Death is a universal certainty, and it touches us all in unique ways.

Through loss I believe that there is a ‘right’ way to experience it and that a linear path lies ahead of us. To resolve our suffering and restore a sense of normalcy, we assume we must take certain steps – mourning, anger, bargaining – I don’t blame you in the slightest.

I believe the only thing worth knowing about grief is that it’s complex.

Don’t worry too much about when you’ll get through it, and don’t judge yourself for not being able to take the pain away.

As distressing, agonizing, or confusing as it is, your pathway to adjustment is uniquely personal.
