After interviewing three different contractors, we chose ATi Services of Tampa to handle the renovation of our villa in Dunedin, which included a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, fresh paint, etc. .. We could not be happier with the work Jack Z, his project manager Ryan, and the rest of the crew did on our renovation. The entire project went relatively smooth, with only minor hiccups, which can happen in any renovation. Throughout the project, the entire crew were very professional, polite, and communicated with us frequently to keep us updated on the progress. Not only was our project finished ahead of schedule, we also came in under budget. Your actual results may vary, depending upon finishes chosen, and any extra change orders during the job. My wife and I highly recommend ATi Services of Tampa. ATi Services are without a doubt the Gold Standard for remodeling any part of your home. From customer service, to quality workmanship, to financial responsibility, and cleanliness, they are standard, by which all others are measured. ATi Services completed a major renovation of the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and hallway to the second and third bedrooms. They took down walls, enlarged the kitchen, installed new cabinets, and granite countertops, and installed floor tile. They removed pop corn ceilings and painted the walls throughout the main part of the condo. They were quiet and respectful. No complaints from my neighbors. The project took less time than projected. It took 6 weeks. They provided all I needed to live in my bedroom and converted one of the bedrooms to an eating area, complete with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. I had an amazing experience with ATi Services. I needed some help with a few smaller household projects that I just couldn’t seem to do myself. Eventually, I thought it was worth hiring Jack and his team to come in and help me out. The work was done faster than expected and the results are amazing. I had no less than 10 different companies in the Tampa area come and give an estimate/understanding of the project: It was a complete waste of my time & theirs because none were able to do the entirety of the job needed (some weren’t even licensed! ). When I contacted Jack at ATI Services, I knew I was in good hands. Dave & Joe renovated our master bathroom and we are BEYOND amazed! ATi/Jack and his team exceeded all expectations during our master bath remodel. From the initial meeting to our final inspection we received the white glove service from ATi. All of his team members showed up on time, were professional and did an excellent job but you could also see their loyalty to ATi and how much they enjoyed their jobs. We ran into some unexpected issues and Jack/Ryan were there every step of the way providing guidance and a game plan on how to move forward. Communication during the process was effortless with Jack and Ryan, we never felt out of the loop and they were always available to answer questions, day or night. I decided it was time to remodel the kitchen/family room. I found two very well rated contractors on Angie's List and had them both come out. Both were impressive, but the decision maker was the fact that JackZ addressed an issue having to deal with a wall I wanted pulled down (it contained the kitchen sink venting). The other contractor didn't mention this, the import of which is that this involved additional costs. This is a second home so I was 800 miles away while the project was underway. Jack and his crew lead Ryan, were always in touch if there were issues or questions and I was kept up to date periodically with photos of the work in progress. In addition to the kitchen updates, 1100 sf of new tile was installed throughout the house and the popcorn ceiling was removed from most of the house. The end result is amazing. I was down this past week with family members visiting and everyone agreed that the pictures don't do it justice. More amazing in person. ATI to the rescue! I started my project over a year ago with another contractor and 6 months into my promised 2 month bathroom remodel I had to part ways with him leaving my project 80% done, and HORRIBLY done at that. ATI took everything back down to the studs, corrected all the garbage framing/electrical/plumbing and left me with a gorgeous finished product that is built to last! Jacks amazing and skilled team took it back down to the studs, corrected all the framing, electrical, and plumbing issues and finished quickly. Had a master bathroom re-tile. The work was very was very well organized, professional, and everyone showed up daily to get it done. Jack Z of ATI. was awesome! Totally professional he met with me within 28 hours of receiving my call. He was very easy to work with as he gave me an estimate of what it would take to help resolve a plumbing problem I had. Jack linked me up with a plumber he worked with (Aaron of Total Plumbing) who also gave me an immediate estimate. The two coordinated a plan to fix my plumbing and repair my bathroom. It was expertly executed in as short a time as possible. I was contacted multiple times to ensure everything was going well. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism of the workers. Everyone was fantastic to work with throughout the entire project. Jack provided us with a quote the same day and was very responsive the entire process keeping us informed each step. He was willing to work with our budget and made sure we knew when items would be add on's to the original cost. Having recently moved to Florida, I didn't really know who to hire and had put off starting my remodeling project. Finally, Jack Z of ATI Services was recommended by some new friends. Boy am I glad I went with ATI!! The project was completed right on time, first of all; secondly, this being my first remodel, Jack Z's expertise has been invaluable. I had researched products and design looks for over a year, but I still ended up relying on Jack Z's recommendations in some of the final selections, and that has made all the difference. Thirdly, Jack Z has an eye for detail and anticipating a client's needs and wants. I went in to the project a few days before the completion date and thought a lot needed to be done, there's no way this will get finished. Living out of state, I purchased a condo in Dunedin that needed a total renovation. I called several contractors and spoke with them over the phone regarding the scope of the work, which included gutting bathrooms and kitchen, new flooring throughout, wainscoting and moldings and paint. Jack form ATI was one of two that I developed a comfort level with, and ultimately I chose ATI. I could not give a higher endorsement of Jack, ATI and their crew! Jack worked with me entirely over the phone and through email, having never actually met him in person. The job they did was phenomenal! Not only was the quality of work and craftsmanship exceptional, but every detail was paid attention to. Jack was willing to make suggestions based on his experience, which I appreciated and found helpful. His crew accepted appliance deliveries for me and were flexible when needed. I felt like everyone who worked on the job took a special interest and pride in making sure it was done well. The project was well-organized and completed on time, and I received updates and excellent communication throughout. I just can’t give enough praise to the professionalism and quality of work displayed by ATI Services of Tampa, Inc. Jack Zolnierowski is a man of his word and of his contract. Everything is in writing and is agreed upon. The men he employs are top notch! Jack keeps an on-site foreman who is excellent at handling any unforeseen issues and always presents the homeowner options that are ultimately their decision. He can also be told Jack’s or the homeowner’s “vision” and then make it come to pass, from a new entryway into my Master Bedroom, to the new shower enclosure and tub surround, to rewiring an antique chandelier for my closet! Dave and Jason did absolutely amazing tile-work for both my fireplace, my kitchen back-splash (both from previous renovation done in January) and finally my shower and tub surround. Jack works non-stop until the job is done.They redid my crown-molding which the original builder has just pieced together. It looks incredible now. Also, his workers, like Ryan, have a keen eye and are sure to notice anything that might have been missed and then correct it.Finally, Jack's employees are enjoyable to work with and knowledgeable about their trade. Joe, the painter, discovered my house had both latex and oil-based and was quick to report to Jack that a change of paint was required for one of the rooms.ATI-Services also uses licensed sub-contractors, but NEVER has them on-site unless Jack or one of the other ATI employees are on-site the entire time. We hired Jack Z to do a kitchen renovation, we had a small galley kitchen and wanted to take down a couple walls to open up the space. The project turned into main area renovation replacing all the flooring and scraping the popcorn ceilings. The price was a little higher than we were expecting but in the end we had minimal change orders and the project was finished in the 6 week timeline given. We absolutely love the results and would hire Jack and his team again. All of the employees were very professional, they arrived by 8am every morning, cleaned up at the end of each day and their communication was greatly appreciated. We just completed our major kitchen, dining room and living room renovation with ATI Services. I can not say enough good things about Jack Z and his team. Our project consisted of removing three interior walls to go with a full open concept feel (after we had a structural engineer confirm no walls were load bearing). We added all new white shaker cabinets, blue pearl granite, tile floor, tile backsplash and an eight-foot island as the center piece of the kitchen. We selected Jack to be the general contractor and handle everything, all we had to do was pick our design, finishes and provide feedback. Jack has a great network of vendors and suppliers that he deals with to help you picking out your floors, backsplash, fixtures, counter tops and cabinets. Jacks team completed all the demo work, handled all the plumbing, electrical, removal of old tile floor, install new tile floor, retexture ceiling, installing all new recessed lights, installing all appliances, upgrading electrical panel, trenching for power to the new island and installation of all plumbing & light finishes. Jack is a class act to deal with and you will always know where you stand with the project as well as what is coming up next. The crew at ATI was top notch. They were always on-time every morning 8am, greeted with a smile, worked hard all day and cleaned up their mess at the end of each day. For the amount of demo work and construction work that we had going on, we only chose not to live in the house for two nights while the new floor was being installed. For the remaining six weeks, we were able to continue living in our house with running water, AC, power and amenities we would need to be comfortable. When it came to the budget, Jack was spot on. He asked what our budget was up front, asked what we wanted to accomplish and we went from there. We paid incremental milestone payments that were agreed prior to the start of work and there were no hidden costs along the way. Jack is a very transparent guy. He will be very straight with you from the first time meet him at consultation until the after the final day of the project (we still talk to Jack). I will be clear that ATI Services was not the cheapest quote we received, but they were not the highest quote either. I am a firm believer in, you get what you pay for. Jacks team does quality work and you will not be disappointed with your finished product. I would highly recommend ATI Services to anyone looking for a kitchen or bath remodel. We hired ATI services about 2 years ago to do a MAJOR remodel of our house. They redid all the floors in the home, painted, and took at walls redid the kitchen. From start to Finish it was about 6 weeks time. Any time I had any type of issue, I would talk directly to the owner Jack Z and it was resolved immediately. We utilized ATI Services in the spring/early summer of 2014 to repair drywall cut outs, remove and reinstall baseboards and conducted associated touch up painting and caulking along baseboards, removed hardwood floor, installed new ceramic tile in three rooms and two closets. My husband wrote a crazy long review on A’s List which I’ve reposted below. I have called Jack at ATI again for our next remodeling project, new kitchen counters, backsplash and re-tile of the fireplace. I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else after our experience 4 years ago!We are very happy with ATI Services and are probably the most particular customers Jack has ever had. We had a wood floor damaged by a plumber’s mistake, and had numerous large square cut-outs of drywall to be repaired. We contacted five drywall companies via email with pictures attached obtain quotes, and Jack was the only person to immediately contact us and actually come to our house to meet. Upon arrival, Jack showed us his credentials, insurance, etc. and was extremely professional. We didn't know it, but found out he could also remove our wood floor and install tile. He was prompt to provide quotes for the work and helped us obtain an additional $1,000 from the plumber's insurance company by calling and explaining his quote to the insurance agent. We had the drywall repaired first, and it took a little time before he could schedule it, but on the day of work Ryan and Joe showed up on time and were quick to start the project. Ryan and Joe are clean cut and super personable, we were very impressed. They laid down rolled paper in all areas where they were walking and took care to prevent the drywall orange peel spray from hitting areas outside of the repair. They finished the job in one day, which consisted of 16 cut-outs, the largest being 44 inches by 12 inches. When finished, they cleaned everything up and made sure we were happy with the final product.The tile project consisted of removing around 450 sq. ft. of hardwood floor in one room/closet, and installing approximately 970 square feet of hardwood ceramic tile in three rooms and two closets. The removal was done quickly and with as little dust to the rest of the house as possible. The tile guys did an excellent job and I’ve never seen two people tile a room that quickly!
