What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that I can support others in obtaining and achieving their personal and professional goals and watching them grow.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in a lead or supervising position for the past 10 years and most of my supervision time is devoted to helping employees with their personal life, challenging them in their professional growth, or obtaining a work/life balance. When I realized that my employees were excited about our 1:1 sessions, I knew I was making a positive impact and wanted to continue to offer the same support to others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am here to support the clients with what they need, not what I think they need. They are the expert on the their life and I am here to champion them to their success and shift from good to great.
