Absolutely horrible experience with this company for the following reasons:
1. Arthur arrived almost 1 hour late to our scheduled appointment at 9:30am.
I received no apologies whatsoever. Prior, I had repeatedly confirmed with him of our appointment time via text so there is absolutely no excuse.
2. After 4 hours of cleaning, he said he was “done”. Upon inspection, It was noticeably so dirty. And mind you I bought the full package for everything to be cleaned, including carpet deodorizing and even paid a 50% upfront deposit prior. The freezer, bathroom walls, cabinets, drawers, mirrors were untouched; and everything else was felt pretty much half assed. It was so bad that we stepped in to do the cleaning ourselves with them for efficiency.
3. Very unprofessional overall. The older aunty cleaner stated to us: if you’re unsatisfied with our cleaning then no need to pay the rest. Arthur quickly told her to shush.
Money is not the issue. The issue is that there is no integrity, no professionalism, no accountability. Please do better. I really wanted to write a positive review for a new company but I can’t.

I have been in business for two months in Hawaii and six months in Colorado in my sisters, cleaning business.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, I’ll bring my equipment, such as vacuum, broom, mop, and all my cleaning supplies.

What I love most about my job is meeting new people and making them satisfied and happy for my service.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business is my sister Lani in Colorado she has her own business and been in business for a while.

My client should choose me because I do a great job. I’m always on time, and I always leave my client satisfied after every job is completed.
House Cleaning
My service will include cleaning bathrooms fixture. Cleaning countertops surfaces and stoves in the kitchen. Vacuum carpets and mops floors. Dusting furniture and other surfaces like pictures frames, shelves and other objects in the house. I will empty all garbage cans, including kitchen waste.Organize things in the house or apartment. Clean refrigerator throw out old food and organized the refrigerator.
