We had a slow leak in our shower for apparently quite some time. Went through the basement ceiling and into the walls of our downstairs bedroom. Also wrecked the floor in the bathroom. Received a call right away from Alex after our insurance company contacted Arrow. The entire team was prompt and friendly and there were many people there! Considering the mess we had everything ran smoothly with great communication on their part. Would absolutely recommend Arrow and would 100% use them again if needed! We had a leak from our fridge that we didn’t discover until it had done a great deal of damage. Can’t say enough great things about Austin and the team who came to deal with the mess. He was here exactly when he said he would be so I didn’t wait around wondering. He sent two guys over and my entire kitchen was demo’d in about 5 hours so the drying process could begin. We’ve had a couple of follow up visits to finish getting things ready for us to start fixing things back up and Austin kept in touch every step of the way. He’d text when someone was heading over whether I needed to be there or not, and they were always there exactly when they said they would be. He also worked directly with our insurance adjuster from day 1 to make sure that they were on the same page. Thank you, Austin and Arrow Service Team for cleaning up such a huge mess! More...

We were very happy with Arrow's work. I called them late at night to help clean up a water leak, they drove up to Beulah and took care of the problem right away helping to minimizing the damage. The repairs were very quick, ahead of schedule and within the estimate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has experienced damage to their house. This is the third time that we have used the services of the Arrow Service Team. . In our experience, the work has been done in a timely manner with a courteous crew who have gone above and beyond! ( At one point, when my car failed to start, the guys even rearranged their trucks, physically pushed my car out, and jump started it. ). We came home from an out of town trip and discovered that water had seeped in under the door and soaked the carpet. The pad had to be replaced and the carpet cleaned. We worked with Austin and he stayed true to his word to get the job done. And even though there were an extremely amour of calls from the storm. He kept his word to us. We were vacuuming our living room and realized one of our recliners had left large black stains on our very expensive white carpeting. Nick from Arrow came to assess the stain and clean the carpeting and I don't even know where to begin with how impressed we were with him. He is so friendly and professional. Great service, great company, great people. We had an unfortunate “water event” on Saturday. Within an hour of calling Arrow there were two gentlemen here, ready to go! They were super friendly and efficient, even with it being 100 degrees outside. They helped us get everything under control for the weekend. Both super friendly and easy to work with! Made us feel like we were actually heard and cared about. Was great. Then on Sunday Ty came and checked over a few things we had noticed overnight. He was super awesome and informative and answered all our questions! We so appreciate him. And the today Cale came and did an awesome job taking out our flooring. He was SO friendly and did a great job and cleaned up SO well. I truly cannot imagine getting through this water mess without this team! Huge shout out to the whole Arrow team!
