Working with Armada Pest has to be one of the easiest service experiences I’ve had to date! No chasing down a customer service representative multiple times a week or waiting days for an email reply. It started with the lovely Amy. She was friendly and detailed with what I should expect from the technician. I was given a time frame when to expect the technician. The technician, Forrest, arrived promptly and was friendly. He was very thorough with his work and went above and beyond what I would have expected. Even the follow up appointment went smoothly and I did not feel rushed when I had questions.
