Drew and Roberto at Ark Remodeling made the upfront design a very collaborative, seamless and straight forward process for my outdoor deck project. The work crews were thorough, approachable and produced high quality work. Ark was quick to respond to all questions and concerns. In particular, during the staining process, I voiced some concerns regarding variations in the stain. Ark was able to have a crew arrive that same day to apply a new coat. The company’s commitment to honesty, transparency and ensuring that the end product is to their client’s satisfaction is evident in the way they conduct business. I learned of this company by my home owners insurance. They did a superb job completing my kitchen that was destroyed by a leak in the roof. They saw that I had a remaining amount of work due to tropical storm Imelda, and asked if we'd like for them to complete the job, that our previous contractor, (who GHOSTED US 6 months ago) did not finish. They quoted me a very reasonable price for the amount of work needed. And they completed that project today at me, and my families ABSOLUTE approval!! Not only do we enjoy the speed and quality of their work, their profgisonalism, and courtesy went a long way!! We are already in talks of having them continue MORE WORK as I speak. We absolutely couldn't be happier!!! This is now my GO-TO company for all things needed, whether inside the house, or outside. They did it ALL for us!!! Kudos to this brilliant group of guys who TRULY amazed us on their speed and professionalism!! They will have our businesses from now on... NO DOUBT ABOUT IT!! More...
